We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

In the morning, you can enjoy a quiet breakfast on the terrace, a boat ride, refresh yourself under the solar shower during the day and relax in a hammock overlooking the sunset. In the evening, you will be warmed by a crackling fireplace or an open-air fireplace, while bats fly quietly overhead. Ideal place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! The Blatnice Pond by Kozak Pond is a great place for anyone who needs to recharge in the middle of nature. In the woods, read a book you don't have time for a while, sip coffee on the porch without having to watch a watch, and unwind your regular yoga class to make changes to the pond's banks. Or swap the cottage with your home office and get into the things you can't focus on in the city.

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
