The apple loft is a lovely, little apartment in the middle of an amazing surrounding. The garden is beautifully arranged and invites for peaceful walks. Absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I were staying here as we were guests at Pendrell Hall which is only 10 minutes from this location and suited us to have our own accommodation. We used the kitchen to save on eating out and it was well equipped with everything we needed. We were also happy to go to the Tesco Local (about 10 minute walk away) to grab some extra things we had forgotten to bring. The studio flat is in a lovely location on the hosts property and feels very private and I only saw Ash at the start of my stay and when I gave back our key.

Our recent stay was an absolute delight; an idyllic setting that offered a truly peaceful escape. The loft flat was not only lovely but also exceptionally well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully considered. It had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. John was a fantastic host; warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. His attention to detail really stood out and he provided some helpful local recommendations. The farm-fresh eggs and bread waiting for us on arrival were such a thoughtful and personal touch, instantly making the place feel homely and inviting. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a space that feels both special and comfortable. We felt completely at ease throughout our stay and appreciated the scenic surroundings. We wouldn't hesitate to return and are already looking forward to our next visit!

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The space was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing and stress-free visit. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and everything was thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel at home. One of the best aspects of this stay was the location—shops, cafes, and other essentials were just a short walk away, which made everything incredibly convenient. Whether I needed to grab a quick bite, do some shopping, or just explore the area, everything was within easy reach. The host was also amazing—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was clear throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Charles was extremely helpful and patient with all our requests, questions and needs from first contact. The situation is perfect and lofts 6 &7 proved perfect for our family of 9 plus a pug. The whole building is delightful, beautifully furnished and user friendly. For us the 2 kitchens were an added convenience. We would highly recommend to all comers. We met the manager just before departure and she too was delightful. Warm, friendly and soo lovely. She does a super job maintaining such high standards. Fantastic stay in a fantastic place! The Loft was brilliant, everything we needed, private and clean. We made use of the pool, tennis court and gardens every day and enjoyed them all very much. Kingham is brilliantly located for so much in the Cotswolds, nothing more than a 25 minute drive. Owners were lovely and we will be back!

Such a lovely place to stay with the family. Jane was more than happy welcoming us and our dog, her home has a gorgeous view. She quickly responded to any questions we had before booking.

The Loft was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind. The space was cosy and very peaceful with a lovely walking trail right on the doorstep, which we used for a short walk into Tetbury. The location was also great for getting to Cirencester via an easy drive. Caron was very friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed. Thank you for having us, we had an amazing weekend.

Absolutely huge and stunning apartment right in the heart of Tetbury but just tucked away enough to be practically silent (not counting the gorgeous twilight sound of birds of course!). Super comfortable beds and furniture, and we had everything we could have wanted. Our host, John, was proactive and responsive in every way. If we return to Tetbury we will be looking to book again here! Thanks for everything John.

Lovely apartment in a lovely Cotswold town. What’s not to like. Easy access, very close and free parking. Short distance to Main Street.

Had a great time staying here. It's quiet, quaint, and peacefully situated away from the busier sides of Oxford (while still conveniently located). Fionnuala was very responsive and even gave advice on how to use the bus to easily commute to where I needed to go in town. On a side note, the availability of warm water throughout my stay was such nice comfort 😂 In short, loved staying here and looking forward to passing by again in the future!

Zak was a really good host and the communication from him was excellent. I had a issue with my credit card being mislaid and explained payment might be late and Zak was very understanding. I would definitely booked this flat again.
