Mit einem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa bietet es Platz für bis zu vier Personen und ist ideal für kleine Familien oder Paare. Wir haben eine zweite Wohnung in der Anlage.

Quiet apartment in old town house at the Dreiflußeck

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

Time out at Klopferbach

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

The apartment is located in an original Art Nouveau building from 1912, supposedly the most beautiful house in Linz. The high room height conveys a unique feeling of living, a spacious bathtub and a high terrace with a view of a beautiful garden complete the feel-good atmosphere. The equipment is over complete. The apartment is at your own disposal and has a private entrance. Ideal for people who are looking for something special or want to stay longer in Linz.
