The apartment is very nice! We felt very comfortable in the apartment and it looks exactly like the pictures. Great praise for this! The location is a bit difficult, the place is deserted! A hotel with its restaurant keeps the place "alive". There is no café, no ice cream parlor... that was a shame. We always had to go to other places for that.

We spent the weekend there with 3 couples and 3 children. We enjoyed it wonderfully. Especially for the children, the spacious outdoor area with the rabbits and chickens was great. Absolutely quiet and relaxing location. Communication with the host was absolutely great! On the first evening at 10 pm, we noticed that we needed an additional duvet, which was brought to us within 10 minutes. And later check-out was also possible without any problems, so we had a totally relaxed departure day. We highly recommend it.

The apartment was super clean and we felt very comfortable. The bathroom was shining and that's something you don't see so often! We were also able to cook a little something in the apartment and make coffee, which was provided to us in the apartment. Supermarkets are easily accessible by car. From the apartment we could also reach beautiful hiking trails. Sandra was also always available and really very nice :) I would highly recommend staying here... it's worth it!

Our stay in Michal's apartment was just perfect and even better than we dreamed. The contact was warm, helpful and straightforward from the beginning. We were allowed to bring our dog, which was particularly important to us. The apartment was super clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped. We didn't miss anything and the size was ideal for the three of us. The location is fantastically quiet and only a few meters from the lake. The views were stunning and the surroundings invite you to take beautiful walks. Everything is very dog-friendly and we were able to unwind wonderfully. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. Michal was a great host, always easy to reach and very friendly. The Klause is a nature pure wellness oasis in a beautiful and secluded location. The hot tube and sauna are definitely worth booking. Matthias is a great host who is very helpful and spontaneously fulfilled wishes (garden shower, sauna aroma). The house and property still has so much potential and you can feel Matthias still has many plans and is open to improvements. What's good to know: House is completely self-sufficient via solar power. Only 3 cars are allowed to park at the house, other cars are 1 km away. Hot water is heated in the boiler with wood.

Our short break in the vacation home of Petra and Michael was all around great. The amenities were great, everything your heart desires is available. We were three families who visited the house and our individual needs were already asked in advance. There was plenty of activity material available for the accompanying children - both indoors and outdoors. The surroundings are very beautiful and there is a lot to discover. Petra's tips on possible leisure activities with the children were also very valuable. It was a nice time and we felt very well taken care of. A great house with upscale amenities and very friendly landlords :-) Thank you!

It was a wonderful, cozy stay at Neidlingerberg. We thank you for a cozy home, a bit like back at grandma's - really great! Especially the tiled stove in the cozy room made all the difference. We had a wonderful host in a quiet, beautiful setting. Thank you, dear Hans!

We spent a weekend at Ferdinand's and it was wonderful. The surroundings and tranquility were particularly nice. Everything you need or want is there. It was all very clean. We felt super comfortable and will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended by us.

Quietly located, you can enjoy the great house with sauna and whirlpool and use the time to relax and for the family. Jaroslav answered every question quickly in advance and everything worked out great and was prepared for us as a large family. For the most necessary groceries, there was a supermarket (24/7) in the next town and due to the proximity to Austria, we found a local butcher and baker with great products. We will be happy to come back … Pure relaxation!

We had a great short vacation in a very nice place. The apartment was spotlessly clean and furnished with a lot of love. The wellness area was a dream. The hot tub was pure relaxation. In the sauna, you could really relax. The outdoor pool is a nice cool-down on hot days. Thank you Sandra, we had a great break. 🙋🏻‍♀️

We enjoyed staying with our dogs very much. Both the property and the surrounding forest invite you to linger as well as to walk. Exploring the Ilz, the Wolfensteiner Ohe or the Celtic village is highly recommended. If you don't want to do anything, as I said, the property and the very cozy and comfortably furnished house invite you to linger and relax. We definitely felt very comfortable. Thank you!

We felt very comfortable in the small cottage. The place is very tasteful and cozy. The terrace with its view is ideal for sitting outside. The host is always making every effort to ensure that guests lack nothing. We had a very nice time with Gerlinde and Rainer and will definitely be back!

Kata's place is beautiful and even more breathtaking than it already comes across in the pictures. We immediately felt comfortable and the beautiful details throughout the loft make the place unique. In my opinion, the loft could really be called a designer loft. A lot of attention to detail and everything was thought of. Communication was also always flawless and absolutely hassle-free! I would be happy to come back. A very clear recommendation!

Place is very nice and cozy tucked in a nice and quite location. We only stayed for a night and it went very well. Christian is very responsive and is available for any questions. We liked the place even though it was short. Would recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights with our children in the apartment. The apartment is very clean and well thought out. From high chair, children's dishes, fall-out protection to baking salads, salt pepper oil coffee capsules flour, etc. The host is very friendly and accommodating. We have nothing negative to say. We would come back again and again

Tomas’s place was the perfect apartment to stay in. Tomas has thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and has definitely gone above and beyond. This is the perfect place to stay for a family with an entire kids room with toys and books as well as a Nintendo switch. The sauna was so nice to use. Will stay again. A bedroom with bathroom in front of the Danube and the castle. Maria Anna does everything to make tea and coffee. Passau is a 20-minute drive away. The small town is very characteristic and well-kept. The newly restored castle is visited free of charge.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gerlinde’s beautiful home! The place was impeccably decorated and full of thoughtful touches (many blankets everywhere!) It was very spacious and located very close to the centre of Waldkirchen, only steps away from the bus stop. Gerlinde was very responsive with being in touch when our travel to Waldkirchen was delayed by a few hours. All in all a very wonderful and relaxing stay, highly recommend.
