Great for exploring, a mile up the road the is Goyt Valley and Windgather Rocks, ideal for walkers, climbers and cyclists. In the village there is a local pub, The Swan, that serves excellent food, booking recommended.

This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Thank you very much for the stay! You have a beautiful apartment! My dad stayed for 3 weeks whilst waiting for his new apartment to become ready. 11/10 experience. Amy was equally generous and responsive from the time I booked, to arrival, and checking out. Her place was clean, charming, and even more spacious than expected. The warmest water and comfiest pillows. The area is quite lively and can be noisy on the weekends, but any guest knows this from the description of the listing. Highly recommend - Amy, thank you for being so welcoming and a joyful! Truly enjoyed my stay here.
