Welcome to our spacious home, a detached villa in an area of townhouse feel. Here you are greeted by 5.5 m in ceiling height in the living room and large panoramic windows with stunning views. Enjoy the hot tub and barbecue area on the terrace with pergola. The house has 4 bedrooms, including children's room. Walking distance to Grisslinge Havsbad and convenient connections, about 25 minutes by bus to Slussen. Now there is also a boat from the house to Stockholm city. Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

The house spans 140 m² and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna, an open fireplace, a TV room, a laundry machine, and a fully equipped kitchen.
