Vacation rentals with beach access in Stockbridge

We had a wonderful stay at this well-located house in the heart of beautiful Saugerties. The home was spotless, situated right across from the serene frozen lake. Our kids especially enjoyed the arcade games. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Chris' place was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Location is perfect, within easy distance of the beautiful Kingston waterfront and nice restaurants. The area is quiet at night and felt very safe. Check-in was smooth and we had everything we needed. We'll definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Kingston.

Alan & Karen were super responsive after our camping trip got rained out. Cozy and clean place with everything you need!

This was our second stay at Laura’s place in Ashfield. Great communication from the host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We love everything about this cozy, historic home and would recommend for a relaxing stay in the Berkshires.

Extremely clean and peaceful place. Very cute and cozy set up as well! Denise and John are excellent hosts. Upon leaving, our car unfortunately got stuck a mile out from the house in some deep snow. John saved the day and immediately came to the rescue to tow us out. His kindness and quick response saved me a lot of stress. Highly recommend John and Denise for their exceptional hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile!

Meg's Air BnB is absolutely charming! If you want to get away for a relaxing break, this is the place. The apartment is lovely and had everything we needed: comfortable bed, fresh linens, functional kitchen and the setting... so tranquil and pretty! Love the chickens! We took advantage of fitting in a pottery lesson with Meg in her studio-a 'must-do' if you have ever been curious about this. Meg is a patient and wonderful teacher! I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat or 'home-base' while visiting Western MA, Mohawk Trail area, etc. Meg is a friendly and warm host who made us feel right at home in her Air BnB!

We really enjoyed our time in Hudson! The house was walkable to lots of shops and restaurants in town. We were pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the kitchen was, as well (plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils) . Wesley was responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun trip upstate 😊

Where to start?! This beautiful home is situated right on the esopus creek. There are songbirds, ducks, geese and some very pretty Osprey around the property. The house itself is clean and modern with everything you could possibly need for a getaway. Tim was so helpful and accommodating with us. We loved our stay and the area. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Elle’s house. The bedrooms and living spaces were thoughtfully laid out and decorated beautifully. A short drive to lots of little cafés and hiking trails. We appreciated the quiet solitude of this little getaway in the Berkshires, and the ping pong table too. We didn’t get to use the lake (snow in April!) but hope to return to try again!

We’ve stayed at Kathy’s Yellow Door many times, or kids call it our vacation home. Kathy is a great host and she will always strive to make your stay enjoyable and stress free (unless you have a toddler like we do). Don’t hesitate to stay at Yellow Door.

We loved our stay! It was the perfect getaway out of NYC. The Empire Trail is a great walk right outside of the house and we enjoyed having our coffee on the beach just a couple minutes walk away. The porch is beautiful in the morning and afternoon, getting great sunlight. We LOVED all of the spots we got to try in Kingston. Standouts were Rosie's General, Eliza and Kingston Standard Brewing Co. There are tons of hikes and nature walks nearby and we had a great time exploring the three different downtown areas. Lots to see and do and Barbara's place was the perfect oasis to come back to. Thank you for a great stay!

Adorable cottage perfect for us (2 adults and a 16yo) in town for Mx race at Southwick. Immaculately maintained, adorable nice touches abounded….cookie mix ready to go for homemade choc chip cookies 😋. Zero reservation recommending this and will plan on being back at future events. The house was so unique! Every time you turn around there is a new discovery! It was a great location to just relax and nearby to Woodstock, which we enjoyed exploring. Hosts provided a lot of great recommendations and we are hoping to come back when the weather is warmer and we can enjoy the yard and creek more! Highly recommend this property and it was a pleasure engaging with Alexandra and William!

An amazing house for a family stay in the Catskills area. Antonia has designed a beautiful home, with so many unique retro nods and details. The basement is an awesome additional space for everyone to hang out in. The backyard set up is also great- with easy access to the hot tub and a few steps to the lake. 15 min drive to great restaurants and things to do-Loved our stay here!
