Our cozy home offers a great location on Clear Lake with only a short walk to the sandy Public Beach, as well as the Public Access where you can put in your water toys! The backyard has ample space for parking in the 3 car driveway, a fire pit, grill, and a small back deck. Across the street is a Clear Lake conservation area with pet friendly walking trails! There is a nearby dog park, and an ice-cream shop down the street.

Step outside to the spacious deck to use the gas grill or head down to the 40' of waterfront to enjoy floating on rafts, fishing, or enjoy the available row boat & kayaks. Bring your own water toys to tie up to the private dock or rent a pontoon from a recommended marina.

This is a great escape for a carefree visit to the lake front. Spend time next to the water for fun waterplay, relaxing evenings on the deck or spending time with friends and family away from everyday life. There are kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy on our canal off main lake. You can park a boat on our dock, however pontoon boats are too big to fit through tunnel to main lake. Update: we are excited to offer a newly redone bathroom and kitchen!

Everything inside and outside the cottage was recently remodeled including a brand new bathroom. You and your guests will love the well manicured property. The cottage is the perfect relaxing retreat for a family or avid fishermen who plan to spend most of their time outdoors and on the lake. Enjoy your days on the lake: boating, swimming, and fishing then spend your evenings playing yard games in the adjacent shaded lot or relaxing with the sunset views from the attached deck. Plenty of private lakefront footage includes a seawall with sandy walk in access area.
