Vacation rentals with a patio in Stellanello

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Johannes è un ottimo padrone di casa. Istruzioni chiare e supporto costante. Una persona sul posto è comunque disponibile. L'appartamento è più comodo due persone, ma la nostra famiglia composta da due adulti e due ragazze ci si è trovata bene. Perfetta la disponibilità del posto auto riservato. La zona del quartiere Riquier forse non è così conosciuta tra i turisti (noi stessi altre volte siamo stati nelle vie adiacenti alla Promenade), ma sono raggiungibili in breve tempo sia Nizza vecchia, che il Castello, che la Promenade, che la piazza del Mercato, che le Piazze Massena e Garibaldi, ecc. Nella stessa via dell'appartamento ci sono due supermercati di quartiere, e tutto attorno diverse boulangerie/patisserie. È possibile, inoltre, raggiungere la stazione di Nizza-Riquier in 15 minuti a piedi. Perfetto per visitare le località della Costa Azzurra in treno, senza muovere l'auto. Davvero consigliato!

When I arrived I was greeted by Pascal who was so friendly and really informative, he showed me everything I needed to know about the apartment and the building and made me feel very at ease after a long journey. After Pascal had made sure I was settled, Susanna sent me a message with some fantastic information about the area, places to eat, things to do, transport. Not only that but she was always on hand if I had a query about a place or a bus or train. I felt very safe knowing that I could contact her if I needed. The apartment is lovely, great location, huge balcony with beautiful views up the valley, very comfy bed and 2 minutes from the train station- perfect! I only had 3 days here, you definitely need atleast a week to enjoy all the amazing sights. I will be back for sure!

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

Abbiamo soggiornato nella bellissima casa di Nicolò dal 4 al 18 agosto io, mia moglie e i nostri 2 figli di 8 e 9 anni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo sfruttato molto la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto e la comoda piscina del residence. Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di parcheggio. Il mare si raggiunge in pochi minuti in auto.

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the train station (ideal for day trips) and 10 mins walk to the promenade/beach. Remario is very responsive and everything in the apartment worked well. I highly recommend it!

Furthermore, the pricing structure was found to be entirely appropriate and represented excellent value. The property's walkability is a key feature, with numerous destinations and necessities easily reachable on foot, allowing for effortless exploration of the surrounding area. Also the balcony is really really great.

Super Lage nahe der Altstadt. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Spielplatz alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Bahnhof Richtung Monaco und Cannes nach schönem Spaziergang gut erreichbar. Großes Schlafzimmer zum ruhigen Innenhof. Wer im Wohnzimmer schläft, wird das Nachtleben hören. Parkplatzsituation und Autoverkehr ist in der gesamten Stadt schwierig. Wir sind mit "Bolt" gefahren. Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto, casa bella ,accogliente ,pulita. Patrizia è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci sono delle biciclette che ti permettono passeggiate nel bellissimo territorio di diano marina. La zona esterna inoltre ti permette di pranzare e cenare in riservatezza e di godere del verde circostante. Il silezio e la quiete del posto ci hanno permesso di rilassarci come volevamo. Quindi molto contenti.........

Casa molto bella, immersa nel verde. La vista dalla camera da letto è mozzafiato. Diego è sempre stato puntuale e preciso nelle comunicazioni e a disposizione per qualsiasi tipo di info. In poche parole, tutto perfetto!

L'appartamento si trova in aperta campagna in ambiente collinare. La casa è nuova o ristrutturata di recente, molto pulita e ben tenuta. L'arredamento è scelto con gusto e di ottima qualità. Molto belli i mobili in legno massiccio della zona giorno. Tutte le stanze sono molto spaziose. Bagno e cucina sono ben forniti. Ivan è molto gentile e accogliente. Inoltre è disponibile per fornire consigli sulla zona e per chiarire qualsiasi dubbio. L'esperienza è stata molto positiva.

Wir waren 8 Tage in dem Haus. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war großartig. Sie hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert, hat uns mit den Tipps für die Gegend geholfen, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte nel B&B di Josiane per goderci i sentieri della Valgrana. Josiane é stata gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolti dandoci utili consigli sui dintorni dell’appartamento. La casa è pulita, ben arredata (dispone di tutto l’occorrente anche per godersi una permanenza più lunga) e spaziosa, il che si è rivelato utile poiché c’era con noi anche il nostro cane bovaro. In breve, assolutamente consigliata!

What an incredible gem of an apartment in a tiny mountain village. The apartment is very well appointed and is perfect for using Rocchetta N. as a base for exploring the outdoors. There's not much going on in RN, but just a few km down the road is Dolceacqua with more restaurants & stores, if you need that. Matteo was 100% available and responsive, which was much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

Eine super Wohnung, es fehlte uns tatsächlich an gar nichts. Mit 2 Kindern hatten wir auch genug Platz und die Lage direkt am Spazierweg ist sehr gut für Ausflüge von der Haustüre weg. Das absolute Highligt ist aber ganz klar die fantastische Aussicht. Mascia ist die perfekte Gastgeberin, vielen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Ottima posizione, e host molto disponibile e reattivo. Fiore all'occhiello di questo appartamento è sicuramentela terrazza vista mare ampia e ben curata. Nell'appartamento non manca nulla ed il soggiorno con tutte le comoditaà è garantito. Ben 3 televisori ( 2 piccolini e uno grande) tavoli e sedie in abbondanza. Probabilmente necessita di un rinnovo nei copriletti. Fantatico il dondolo sul balcone, anche se dimostra i segni dell'età. Simpaticamente problematico la gestione dell'acqua calda in bagno, ma molto ben indicata. Comunque un'ottima esperienza sicuramente da replicare e consigliare.

Wij verbleven 3 weken in het appartement dat met recht een verborgen parel genoemd mag worden. Er is aan alles gedacht voor een zo prettig mogelijk verblijf. De garage en het ruime terras zijn een groot pluspunt. De communicatie verliep soepel en snel. Beaulieu-sur-Mer is een zeer aangename mooie en gemoedelijke plaats, de winkelstraat ligt om de hoek van het appartement, een park en het strand op 5 minuten lopen. Wij bevelen het ten zeerste aan en komen hier graag terug! Heel erg bedankt James en Melanie.
