Vacation rentals with a patio in Rio Grande do Sul

We very much like the stay at Daniel's place. We chose to go out of season, to really rest. Calm location, with a beautiful view. Everything was clean. Daniel always very polite and willing to help whenever we requested. We'll be back for sure!

I couldn't have chosen a better place. I had surgery and this place met all my expectations and I was able to have an excellent recovery due to the entire structure offered in this beautiful apartment. All employees are polite, helpful and always with a smile on their face. The restaurant in the building is an extra plus when you can't go somewhere else, homemade food, extremely tasty. Esteban and Alice are always available to answer any questions. The house is perfect. There are two houses in one. There were 3 of us and there was plenty of room. the beds are super comfortable. Leonia and Jeverson are very friendly and helpful. highly recommended. If we go back to Santa Maria, it will definitely be there.

Emerson was very attentive and the apartment is extremely well located and very cozy. There is private parking next to the building, which made our stay immensely easy. We were among 4 people, the sofa bed is very comfortable, better than many beds in some other locations. Super recommend and I will definitely return to the same airbnb if I'm passing through Porto Alegre again.

Very good stay. The photos are real. The apartment faces Rua Torta, on the penultimate floor. The apartment is very small, it has 1 room + 1 bathroom. It serves well for an overnight stay, but to spend the day, it becomes small for a family of 4. The residential building looks like a hotel, as it has a 24-hour concierge and a restaurant that is paid for separately for those who want it. There is also a room service fee. It has a heater that turns on automatically and a ceiling fan that cools down nicely. It does not have and does not need air-conditioning. Small but spacious balcony. There is a free filter in the hallway for filling bottles, which is very useful. It has a playground, grass. It has a swimming pool but I found it kind of abandoned. The boxes are tight. The host is very attentive. Great value for money.

It is good lodging near a beach on average quieter than the others, close to a well-stocked market and not so far from downtown. The accommodations are cozy. has a good pool.

We are frequent guests of that condominium but we have never rented an apartment with a "garden". If you like to stay at home barbecue and enjoy the tranquility of the place, we highly recommend it. And the condominium is wonderful. With respect to the apartment, it was impeccable and is very well decorated, with all necessary amenities (we love the automatic coffee maker). A Daniela always cordial and very practical.
