Loft vacation rentals in Rio Grande do Sul

Very well located condominium, close to the center and the beach, with excellent infrastructure (swimming pools, fitness center, restaurant, as well as beach chair and umbrella service for the beach). We really enjoyed it and intend to return!

The apartment is super cozy, has a beautiful backyard, quiet and welcoming. The region is great with many things to do, several restaurants, cafes and bars. It is also close to the Redemption Park, where the feirinha takes place on weekends. The host made this suggestion and it was well worth knowing! Fabíola is attentive, helpful, was understanding about the flexible check-out, having only an unforeseen minimum on the day of leaving, where it was without a sign and out of the area, not being able to respond quickly, but nothing that would hinder our stay. I hope to return to Porto Alegre one day and be able to stay in the apartment again.

Anderson is an excellent host, always ready to resolve any existing questions or issues. My only nuisance was with the bed, which was stained and uneven. Because of this I ended up looking for another place to stay. In any case, Anderson promptly returned the other part of the amount not reimbursed by airbnb and promised to make the change of bed the next day, which will benefit the next guests. Location very close to PUC and a large supermarket, with a garage for the car and the necessary infrastructure for a good stay.

We stayed with Tatiana and Tiago in Porto Alegre and the experience was excellent! The apartment is very well located, clean, comfortable and exactly as in the photos. Tatiana was extremely attentive, always available for doubts and made us super comfortable. We had a peaceful, safe and very enjoyable stay. We recommend for sure and will be back in time!

Very good! Everything very clean, excellent shower, great bed too. Easy check in and the apartment is very quiet despite being in the Center. I recommend it!

My second time staying in the fit and amazing experience again. The apartment is one of the best decorated that I found in this region and super cozy. The building has everything and is super close to everything.

Organized and well-equipped duplex. Quiet location relatively close to the sea. We stayed for a week and liked it. Points to improve: the toilet in the upstairs bathroom is very close to the wall, making it difficult to use, and the Internet on the TV failed several times.
