Lucas and Ana were excellent hosts! We went to Gramado as a family and felt at home! The house is quite complete, with a super cosy kitchen and living room. Bed linen and towels were super clean and smelling. The rooms were prepared for the number of people specified in the reservation. The condominium is extremely calm and safe, close to everything! Region perfect for getting to know the best sights in downtown Gramado. Thanks for the hospitality and will definitely be back!

The house corresponds exactly to the one described, being perfect for a quiet stay. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils, Internet functioning normally, with good speed/stability, good beds and showers. Quiet and complete condo, with open pool and other indoor (heated), tennis court, beach tennis, soccer fields, food-trucks, market and restaurant. Counted with recreation and my kids loved it. Also, it has a support house on the beach, where they provide chair and parasol, in addition to allowing a bath to take the sand at the return of the beach. I recommend it and we will definitely return!!

We had a great stay at the Amar.ela house. Soon after the reservation, Luis proved very attentive, offering information and tips about the city. We were greeted with cordiality by Mr. Luis Carlos (father) and Dona Délia, who introduced us to the house and made themselves available for any help. We arrived before check-in time, and we were promptly received. We forgot some things in the house and Dona Délia, attentively, warned us immediately. The house was clean, organized, and consistent with the listing. Bath and face towels were available, something that had raised a question after reading a previous comment. The courtyard is spacious, ideal for families with children and pets. The city offers great options for tours and restaurants. We would certainly return and recommend hosting!

They were wonderful days, the house is very good, very airy and spacious. We went into a large group at the carnival and accommodated everyone super well, the courtyard also very spacious, we kept 4 cars and 4 bikes and we continued with space to circulate, the location is good, two blocks of the sea, right on the platform, we could go all the time, from the center is far, I recommend going by car or picking up the street that goes to the platform and to go to the stage of the concerts of about 25min. on foot, the street of the house is very calm, without much movement, good for those who want to go to rest. Dante was very attentive, quickly answering all my questions. I recommend

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very beautiful! The leisure area is exceptional, with a barbecue and a heated swimming pool. We were received by Mr. Moisés, who promptly helped us as soon as requested.

We spent wonderful days in the Duplex! Very cozy, we did not lack anything, everything very clean and in perfect condition. It is exactly as it is in the photos. Neusa received us with great affection and attention by presenting the rooms and being available if you need anything. The extremely quiet, safe and quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, can walk quietly, close to the market also and 5 min from the center of Tramandaí by car.
