Really nice stay. The location of the house is perfect for those who do not want so much hustle. If you are by car, in 30min you are in Pajuçara. The house has basic utensils and we don't miss anything. The only thing missing was that the balcony sofa had not upholstered, and we had to improvise. The barbecue by the beach and next to the pool is sensational, sleeping with the noise of the waves was also a great experience. I did not have the opportunity to meet Lucas (who always responded quickly), but in front of the house lives Dona Jacy, who solves everything that is necessary (she was waiting for us with the clean house when we arrived). One detail is that it does not have good supermarkets nearby (the nearest one is 15 minutes by car). Moving to northern beaches is very easy by road AL-101. The house is also close to several beach clubs. The only bad point of the stay is to leave... kkk! When we get back to Maceió, we'll be staying in this house again.

The house is perfect, facing the sea and with a breathtaking view. It exceeded all our expectations. Some care called attention: beach towels, soap, (many) items for cooking, hygiene items. The "Antunes Beach" bar is glued to the house and offered us drinks, lunch and even closed a speedboat and jetski ride over there, not needing to move to another beach. There, the appointment of attendant is Suênia, which was attentive to us. In relation to the location of the house, initially it was a little difficult to find, as the entrance passed, because it was in the middle of the runway. The beach in front of the house is perfect, there are not many people and the sea is VERY BEAUTIFUL. In the house, we noticed some relevant points such as the presence of spider webs, muffled rooms as if they had been closed for a long time. I believe that, because it is a beach house, it is common that it is not so frequented and that is why these problems occur. A one bedroom air conditioner did not cool, but it had a fan.

We had an amazing week in this house. From our arrival until the exit, everything was very well organized and communicated by Ricardo. Jane also gave us a great help with the food and the organization of the house. As for the location, it was perfect for our plans. Although we rented cars for easy airport transfer, almost everything was very close: the best beaches, tours, and restaurants. Ricardo also offers a list of services nearby, which was a great help to us. The house is a maximum of 20 minutes from downtown Maragogi and very close to Antunes Beach, in addition to having Peroba Beach right in front of the condominium. We found a lot of comfort and leisure beyond the wonderful house and swimming pool, such as the sand court and the playground, which were great for our child. The only point a little uncomfortable was the noise of the renovations in the neighboring houses, which started early, but this was not a big problem at the end of the day.
