The apartment is wonderful with beach view, extremely clean and organized. Kitchen is well equipped great for preparing meals or Snacks. Localization surprised me a lot, standing in the sand practically, it was great to be able to do everything on foot. Supermarket, famarcias, bakery and restaurants all around the corner. On the edge of the apartment is located the fair of handicrafts and also the village of food tricks that is the most moving spot on the waterfront at night. Host Andrea is a wonderful person, very request and proactive, relaxed our check-in and resolved all our doubts quickly. Amamos Maceió and the accommodation, we will definitely return.

Cozy place, very organized, clean and quiet, it felt like home. In an excellent location, close to everything, including easy to go to other beaches. And Vivina is a great host.

Beautiful location near restaurants and a minutes walk from the beach. New building with plenty of amenities (some with a fee) but has everything you’d need for a great vacation. Friendly building staff as well. Gleydson is a quality host that is attentive, friendly, and communicates proactively. Highly recommended.

The apartment exactly as described in the advertisement and photos, great location a few meters from the waterfront , condominium with an easy access pool and garage, as well as welcoming hosts whenever there were questions.

Wonderful stay, very clean, organized apartment. Equipped kitchen and an important detail, a washing machine. All very comfortable, good bed, bathroom with great shower. Very well located, close to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, craft fair and close to the tbm waterfront. My family and I love it and recommend it. Third time in Maceió and that was the best, I will be back for sure.

The condominium is fantastic, it serves children and adults in a very harmonious way. The leisure area is very beautiful, very spacious swimming pool, TOP gym, well made playground and comfortable sauna. Apartment exactly as in the pictures, cozy and quite safe. Excellent residence. Mr. Murilo's place is practically new, with modern equipment and practically all the accessories (except only for the absence of the washing machine, because for those who are traveling longer, as ours, it makes it a little difficult to wash some clothes by hand. The house is located in a gated community (which ensures safety) and, in general, we were well attended and well installed. I recommend Mr. Murilo's place to future interested guests.

Beautiful house, host super committed to please , the furniture and the house are more beautiful in person , I felt at home , super recommend . Super clean , has all the household utensils, linens , sheets and towels that are extremely clean and smelling . I am already scheduling myself for another stay in Maceió and it will certainly be in this house .

The house is excellent and the space much better than it looks. We used the house to make the regional meeting of the company's commercial team and everyone loved the experience. It was perfect for work and leisure in the spare hours. The whole stay was very nice. Lara responds to us and gives us all the necessary help very quickly and proactively. Mr. Silvanio, the homemaker is super attentive and careful with every detail. I request and available to assist with any need, which makes the experience even better!! We are already organizing an upcoming meeting at the Ipioca Mansion!!
