Great flat, very cozy, the balcony is closed with glass and has a very nice hammock connected to the living room. I had a reservation at the Ritz and I traded it for Lucimara's apartment, I don't regret it at all. The view from the top of the building is very beautiful especially in the early evening.

Kleber's chalet is turned to the woods, with lots of privacy and a beautiful view of the forest and the sea to the bottom. The host was very cool, responds quickly and was very flexible with the time of entry and exit, which allowed us to enjoy a lot. We definitely recommend!

We love to stay at André's flat! Very cosy environment and has everything you need! Super complete and clean. Very close to the center. The gourmet area with nature greens on the street is a lot of show!

The place is in a perfect location in the heart of Ponta Verde, walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. The apartment suits perfectly for 6 people, our family is only 4. We missed a little more options of kitchen appliances. The apartment is great but it could be more careful with details: curtains, toilet paper holders, sinks, AC… We felt that a good maintenance job would make it even better. Overall it was a great experience.

Great location, very good condominium and the internal space consistent with the listing. As we cook, we miss an oven on the stove, but we adapted and the other amenities provided a good stay. I recommend and plan to return. The owner was very helpful at all times.

Extremely clean apartment, the towels and bed linens. Amazing Hospitality and the check-in and checkout instructions were very clear, easy to follow. From the town to walk to the beach quietly as well as go to the main street of restaurants and shops. We love the apartment, I hope to be back soon!

Apartment in a great location, simple but met the needs. Many utensils in the kitchen to make a good breakfast. The washer saved!!! Negative points: the air conditioning makes a lot of noise, the curtains go up to the half of the wall and are already well used, that is, they do not darken the room well and make a noise when the wind hits (obviously when the window is open). The bedroom closet is very small, you can't put the shirt on the hanger on it. The internet works well in the morning, but in the afternoon and at night it does not. And next to it, it's having two buildings, like getting out early and coming back at the end of the day, it didn't bother me at all. Other than that, it's worth the price!

I loved the apartment, safe for children and animals, well equipped, spacious, air-conditioned. And a great location.

The apartment is super comfortable, clean and with a pleasant aroma. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for those planning to cook. The structure is modern, and the sheets and towels are of excellent quality. The street of the building is safe and illuminated, as well as being close to shops, bars and a quiet walk from the beach. One highlight was complimentary mineral water. The apartment is well ventilated, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Host was extremely attentive and helpful, always available to ask questions and ensure our stay was perfect. We feel very welcome from the first contact. I highly recommend it!

great location, close to gunga beach, French beach, 35 minutes drive from Maceió, is a great location for those who want to visit several beaches, recommend and return with certainty and the condominium also has a great pool and garden and space with grass for children to play

The stay was quiet and the apartment still exceeds the expectations of the listing. It has the warmth of a home, it is clean, organized and Saulo was attentive from pre- to post. Voltaria more often, the location is excellent for not only taking trips, but for eating, to go to the market, pharmacies etc. Well-equipped apartment also, in a quiet condominium, all good.

On 01/07/24 we arrived in Maceió, it was our third time in this amazing city. We found the apartment beautiful, easy to access and very well located. We only miss a little bottle of water on our arrival at the apartment🥰. Everything else is perfect perfect. 🥰
