Great host and a very nice place conveniently located. Great communications and clarity. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

We had a lovely weekend at the property and would go here again and again. Everything corresponded to the description and we lacked nothing:-).

Dieter is a great host, his house was quite clean and he was a very helpful host. There was only one minor negativity for me which was the heating. Only A/C is available for the heating but we visited in a cold season and it was not that sufficient. Other than that everything was great! I definitely recommend the place.

Nice apartment, very well equipped kitchen, fireplace. Beautiful terrace with sun for breakfast. It was nice, we would come back.

This was our 3rd stay in this house this year which shows how good it is and how much we like it. It's ideal for us - has all the space we need, is always clean and comfortable and the flexible booking is a bonus for us. The owners go out of their way to make sure our needs are met. Location is great - so central for visiting many of the cities in NRW, yet the house itself is in a very quiet location close to many amenities as well as public transport options. The place had everything I needed. nice space, table, desk, good bathroom and very good separated kitchen. Good heating as it was winter and nice natural illumination. Hans was very friendly, spoke English and even Spanish with me, he showed all details.

We had a fantastic stay at Barbara’s apartment! The house was spacious and perfectly comfortable for our group of six. Everything was well-equipped with great amenities, making our stay even more enjoyable. Barbara was a proactive and attentive host, ensuring that everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was easy to find, and the neighborhood was peaceful with friendly surroundings. The beds were very comfortable, allowing us to rest well after long day of exploring. The apartment is conveniently close to a tram station, making it easy to get around. It took us only 15-20 minutes to reach the main train station, which was super convenient for our travel plans. Overall, it was the perfect getaway for our group, and we will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!

Ayako's house is located in the heart of a safe Meerbusch, with two well-stocked supermarkets, a morning market, a bus stop, a cafe, a bakery, a pharmacy, etc. Also, a short walk will take you to a beautiful walkway overlooking the spacious countryside. You rented the first floor of the apartment for a week, and it was safe because your family and a cute and smart dog live on the second floor and above it. In addition, Ayako was quick to exchange messages and responded immediately when I needed help, and was very helpful during my first time in Germany and my first airbie.It was helpful that you kept a lot of your luggage after checking out. You were really kind. I love cooking, but I was able to cook Japanese food from the first day. It was nice to have the kitchen in place. Someone mentioned it in the review, but when it comes to airplanes, they weren't flying at night when they went to bed.Also, the street will be very quiet at night, so I had no problem with the sound at all. Most importantly, there was a rain shutter in the bedroom.It was completely dark, and I slept well without an eye mask.
