parking was a struggle. everything else was amazing. Pool was very clean & so we're the pool area restrooms. I would stay here again.

I would highly recommend the place, Dathan was a great host with prompt responses to any questions we asked. The place is ideally located for anyone who want to go on a golf gateway, and the place was in perfect condition.. The only question I would ask : when do I go back ? Thanks again Dathan.

My husband and I had an outstanding stay in this home. The location was great for us because we could play pickleball every morning at Jaycee Park on Hutchinson Island-just a few miles away and return to this great walkable area. We enjoyed the Manatee Center, just about 1/2 mile from the house. There are a few restaurants on the water in that location, but we returned every day to the Funky Cuda right across the street from the house for our dinners. Then back to the house to enjoy the music from the Tipsy Tiki from our porch. The steak night on Thursdays at the Funky Cuda really stood out. You select your steak-choice of filet mignon, ribeye or NY strip and you pay by the ounce. The smoked baked potatoes were amazing served along side. Grills hot and steaks expertly seared. Cody was helpful, responsive to any questions and thoughtful. The bed was very comfy and there is plenty of room in the house. The house has character and updated and very clean. Adorable place.

Had a great stay at this home. The place was very clean and had great amenities. Was quiet and in a great neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Would definitely recommend staying here if in the area!
