House vacation rentals in St. Leonards On Sea Beach

We had a lovely time at the lodge. It was perfect and it met all of our needs. The lodge felt very homely and you can tell that there has been a lot of thought that’s gone into making sure that the space is fully equipped. It’s also very clean and well decorated and fully furnished. Corrina is definitely a super-host. I stayed there with my partner and child. They both had a great time. We were fortunate that the weather was nice so we were able to make the most of the pretty garden. The location isn’t too far from the beaches and other attractions. Yep, we’ll definitely be back soon.

Sarah made our stay super comfortable. The house was well-stocked and there were even freshly cut flowers waiting for us on the dining table on arrival. She was really responsive before our arrival and during our stay. The pool was amazing, we had a six month old baby with us who loved it. The hydro jet features can be switched off and the temperature adjusted so it was great to use as a heated pool for the little one, with jacuzzi features for the adults! The house is about a five/ten minute drive from Hastings and the sea.

We've stayed a Ross's place a few times over the last 5 years. The location on the edge of the caravan park is lovely and peaceful with views across fields. The caravan is very comfortable, warm and has everything we need. There's lot's to do in the Camber and Rye area, there are still a few things on our list we would like to see. Lots of lovely places to eat. I thoroughly recommend this place and great value for money too! Thanks Ross!

We had a wonderful stay at the house, all the children loved it and the various higgledy piggledy stairs and rooms made it extra exciting for them running around. The tennis courts were used a lot and we spent many hours playing in the garden - it’s enormous! The pool was good, and the sauna was perfect for warming up afterwards! The whole house was clean, felt very homey and had everything we needed - Overall a brilliant holiday - thank you very much Sophie and the team!

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

The Old Stable was absolutely perfect inside with everything you could possibly need and more. Beautifully clean, comfy and homely. The view from the bedroom was so lovely to wake up to and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Personal touches like eggs from Jane’s chickens and a bottle of complementary fizz were a really lovely touch. Outside in the very large patio area there were numerous seating areas around the pool and jacuzzi. The BBQ, pizza oven, chiminea and outdoor lighting meant that you could have a lovely meal and relax and unwind under the stars. A great place to relax and have a peaceful home away from home!! A very warm and friendly Jane was always on hand to answer any questions or queries. Thank you!!

Pekes is a perfect weekend get away. Set in Sussex countryside far from the madding crowd. With facilities on the door: swimming pool and jacuzzi. We stayed at Tudor View which has stunning views and was a comfortable living space for the five of us. Thank you Pekes Team.

We stayed for a week at Sherlock's Barn in August as a family group with children and partners. It is a very well equipped, beautiful family home located in a lovely quiet spot. The barn wraps round the swimming pool, with grass space too. The rooms are all good sizes, very comfortable with en suites. The host was very welcoming and helpful; we appreciated the small things we usually forget like beach towels! We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area, including doing two sections of the 1066 walk, swimming in the sea in Bexhill, visiting the local pubs and playing tennis. It's the perfect property for a staycation and we will definitely recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you Peter!

Hilary was there to welcome us personally and show us around her lovely home and give us tips on local walks and places to visit. She had kindly left us milk and cereal and other essentials. The house is tastefully decorated and homely with an eclectic mix of paintings and furniture that made the house a really pleasant space to be in. Our bedroom had a balcony which overlooked the garden and in the morning you can hear the Dawn chorus! Very close to the beach with long sandy beaches perfect for walking and contemplation. We had a marvellous and very comfortable stay at Hilary’s and plan to go back again later in the year. Highly recommendable

Just got home from a couple of nights stay at Jason's fab holiday home. Exactly as described, very stylish, very comfortable & with the added bonus of a welcome pack. Only a short drive from Eastbourne seafront & Pier & very close to the Harbour too, spoilt for choice of things to do & see. Jason is an excellent & generous host, communication was spot on and very easy & it was also great to meet him. Thank you for letting us stay, I'm pretty sure we'll be back time & time again.

We loved staying in the country quiet of Willow Cottage. Locating the farm lane for the first time was a bit tricky but fine after that with postcode gps. Looking over green fields, the view from the french doors downstairs and the large upstairs bedroom window is beautiful. The cottage looks exactly like the photos and was comfortable. Charlotte and Rob were very friendly, responsive and keen to ensure our stay was a good one. The cottage is very near Sissinghurst, and made a good base from which we saw many other gardens and historic homes.

Was an amazing stay, extremely cosy and relaxing. Very clean throughout. Everything was easy to use/access. Megan was also a great host. Very pleased overall

We stayed here over the May Day Bank Holiday. The house is in a great location, funkily decorated, clean & comfy, with a great garden space. It had everything we needed. We all enjoyed our stay here & would definitely return.

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

Carherine was very friendly and helpful. She responded straight away to any messages we sent. The property felt very welcoming when we arrived. The check in and key collection and return was extremely easy. The baby cot was excellent and set up ready in the room we had chosen. There was lots of local information available with extra ideas and recommendations supplied by Catherine as well. We were provided with a good variety of breakfast items and teas and coffees and there was plenty of crockery and utensils and excellent kitchen appliances. Everything was spotlessly clean with extra linen and towels if needed. The beach was a short walk away through a park. If we were visiting Seaford again, we would definitely return.

Property was immaculate, great location and had everything we could possibly need. Adam is a 5-star host, perfect communication throughout. Could not recommend enough! Thank you for having us!

Nancy made our group's experience extremely enjoyable, I had a great stay! She was incredibly thoughtful being flexible with timings and leaving for us a tennis table and going the extra mile by preparing the hot tub. She was responsive to my questions, which I really appreciated. The home was clean and very comfortable. I’d definitely recommend staying here if looking to do a trip in Ashford.

Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything we needed and loads more for a group of two families including 4 adults, 3 teens and 2 dogs staying for a week. The beds were comfortable and the living spaces were big with plenty of furniture and the kitchen had everything you could possibly want. The garden was also immaculate and very peaceful and we enjoyed the hot tub and table tennis and all the music/instruments. The village is also lovely with a handy shop and bakery and was in the perfect location for us, close to Hastings, Rye and Battle. A very special week :0)

Isabella is really friendly and helpful. Her place is absolutely stunning and very peaceful. She was so kind I decided to extend! I had everything I needed and she was always on hand to help if ever I needed information. The little touches my son really appreciated like the toy figures left and the tent in the sitting room Also the tales and music was great too! A very easy place to find and looks exactly like the photos if not even better. Thank you 😊

We stayed at Ross’s house for a friends get together - there were 7 adults and 5 children (ages 4-6). The house was perfect for our stay and is so close to the beach! The children loved the garden and the climbing tree and the space worked really well for us. Ross was extremely responsive to any queries. Would definitely recommend!

Spotlessly tidy and had everything we needed including cleaning products and even a step for my toddler in the bathroom. A few more baking trays would be helpful for those cooking at home but that wasn’t a big deal at all. The little welcome treats were a wonderful surprise. Dominika was brilliant in communicating with me when needed and we were really happy with our stay. The hot tub was a great addition and the kids really enjoyed the swing and climbing frame and attempting to get in the hammock! We had a small baby with us and the high chair and cot were immaculate and all set for us. A great stay and a lovely location so close to the beach. Thank you Dominika!
