Staying at Richard’s home was a delight! The neighborhood was quiet and cute with a Sainbury’s Local just a 3 minute walk away. It was easy to catch the bus (2 minutes away) and a 20 minute walk to the tube. Richard was specific in his directions for getting in and out of the flat and his home is so beautiful and clean. I felt right at home. This is the perfect place for anyone who is comfortable riding public transit or has a car. Richard could not have been more accommodating or kind. I would definitely stay there again!

The apartment has a stunning view of the city, is close to many restaurants and is a short walk from the DLR (railway). In addition the host was very kind and responsive to my questions. I strongly recommend this apartment.

Kostas’s apartment is absolutely top-rate on all key measures. Modern & stylish. Very well equipped with all of the essentials one needs when travelling or on holidays in London. Reassuring security system. And, so ideally located directly opposite Forest Hill Railway Station to connect with trains and buses to every part of London and beyond. Kostas is a very accessible host and easy to deal with when one needs information or has a problem. My partner and I enjoyed our stay, immensely.

The apartment was impeccable, very well furnished and as described. It is also close to Greenwich Park where we were able to take beautiful walks with our dog. We were less than 10 minutes from the train station to go to central London. The environment is very residential so very quiet. The only small downside was the small noise from the air conditioning in the bedroom. Communication with our host was very smooth. We had a great time and would recommend the place without hesitation. Thanks Sérap!

The place is really great. It's a wonderful house and it's near Hilly Fields. The cat, Nissim, is easy to look after and there is everything you need in the house. Also, Toni was very responsive and helpful. Easily one of the best places we stayed in.

Alice and Charles were great hosts! Their beautiful home was a great landing spot for our family trip to London. For summertime visitors, the beautiful garden was a perfect place for breakfast and relaxing dinner after a day exploring London.

The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Dora was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Everything we needed, 20 minutes on the bus to the O2 which was one of the main reasons for our visit. Located on a very peaceful street, 5 minutes walk to bus stop. House well equipped and comfortable. Perfect, thank you.

Would absolutely recommend this place and would hopefully like to stay again in the future! The house is immaculate! Walkable distance to cute cafes (Sweet Carolina stood out for us) and markets. A bus ride away from the Thameslink! Really excellent and high standard finishes, quooker tap with sparkling water was a standout. The house also had a really peaceful feel to it and the downstairs blends outdoor indoor living which was super cool. Overall a really comfortable stay

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

We stayed at this lovely apartment for three nights and absolutely loved it. The place is cozy, colorful, and full of character, tucked inside a beautifully maintained old building. It was the perfect spot for us to relax after busy days exploring London. The garden was one of our favorite parts — so peaceful and full of life, with squirrels hopping around in the mornings. Getting around was easy too, with public transport just a short walk away. The apartment was spotless, well cared for, and had everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. Laura was also really friendly and easy to communicate with.

John is a fantastic host-he went above and beyond and was extremely responsive to messages. We couldn’t work out the cooker (the timer needs to be set) and John was helping out despite the late time of messaging. We loved the recommended Sushi restaurant. The views from the apartment are amazing-we loved just popping out on the balcony. Location wise it was ideal. The main station Blackwall is a short walk away (6 ish mins) and the nearest underground Canary Wharf is around 20 mins which served us well. 😊

An amazing Airbnb that I will always choose whenever I’m in London! 🙂 Joshua is a fantastic host. All his instructions were very clear, and he was incredibly communicative throughout the stay. The location is super strategic, very close to the DLR station and bus stop. The accommodation itself is excellent, clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Everything was thoughtfully provided! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, air freshener, iron and ironing board, even a hairdryer! The kitchen was also very nice and fully functional, and the view from the balcony at night was absolutely beautiful. One of the most thoughtful touches was that Joshua placed a fan in each room 🥹⭐️ This helped so much during the summer heat. If you’re reading this review, don’t think twice , just book this place! The flat is located in good location for touring London and Hip is very friendly in giving local area advices! We had a bit trouble getting in but Hip responded quickly despise it was already past 9pm! The flat is quite cozy. The only downside is no lift with two suitcases, which has been stated in the info. All and all, would recommend!

Sharon’s place is adorable - a lovely English flat, outside of the hustle and bustle of London, in a residential neighborhood. My favorite part of her place is her back yard - it’s like a slice of garden heaven in the middle of town. A pond, beautiful flowers; it was lovely just sitting out in her yard taking in the sun (when it wasn’t raining ;)). Entertained daily by magpies and foxes. This flat is just for one person as there is only a twin bed, but her flat is roomy and the kitchen can’t be beat! Sharon was a great communicator and checked in to make sure I was doing okay and was always responsive if I needed anything. Great place to unwind after being on the road. Thank you, Sharon!

Anthony was one of the best Hosts I have ever had! One of the most thoughtful and comprehensive neighborhood guides, spotless apartment with clear directions, impeccable service with key drop off at our hotel, and so responsive and flexible. The space was gorgeous and in the perfect area. 10/10
