Just got back from a great stay at Jennie's Cottage. It was clean and homely with lots of suggestions in the book for places to visit and eat at. wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Thank You

we had a wonderfully chilled break. Fully kitted out kitchen. hot tub great plus having a private bbq and private terrace was a bonus. animals great fun, plenty of parking. Bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable. would highly recommend and we will definitely come back again.

The most beautiful place, the home was even better than we ever imagined, plenty of space, lovely views and walking trails. Most definitely would book again.

We had an amazing stay! Perfect for our group of 12 — spacious, cosy, and beautifully set up. The kitchen had everything we needed, the hot tub was lovely and hot, and the BBQ was a great bonus. Comfy beds, great location near Matlock, and even food delivery to the door. Would 100% recommend! The visiting and feeding the animals was incredible and was so lovely for all the kids and big kids (adults) we had space to run around and just couldn’t fault any of the place! It was so clean as well so hats off to all the staff 👏

Two of us had a cosy stay in the annexe with our doggy. It was peaceful and relaxing and the hot tub under the stars was lovely. Would also highly recommend a massage from Mandy.

The perfect stay! We had a fab time in Amber Lodge and it was kitted out with everything you’d need - the kitchen was super well equipped. The hot tub was a huge bonus and lovely place to chill out in the evenings. The beds were all really comfortable & everything was spotless when we arrived. Farmer Vic was lovely & helped us out when we arrived. Plenty of parking & easy to get to. We had SO much fun meeting all the animals (even as a group of eight 25 year olds) and thought the lodge was a perfect base to visit Bakewell and the surrounding areas! Can’t fault anything and would highly recommend this place.

Fabulous. something different to the norm. lots of extras given. Eggs. Bacon.Bread Milk etc. And a lovely supply of Biscuit items.

Great air bnb! Had a lovely, relaxed stay here for work. The annex is separate from the house, and had a good kitchenette with plenty of equipment for cooking Nenita is lovely, very friendly and quick to respond.

Utterly wonderful place to stay - beautiful location , spotlessly clean , excellent welcome basket of goodies , comfy sofas, comfy bed , big bath towels ,so many thoughtful touches. Better than the photos . Really responsive and welcoming host . Have already rebooked . A real find .

Absolutely beautiful little home away from home! What they've done with the lodge is wonderful, we wished we could've stayed longer! The location is fabulous, so beautiful, quiet, and peaceful - we left feeling happy and content. Bonus points for horses who wanted to say hello! Our host was very welcoming and helpful, making sure we had what we needed, and introducing us to information about the area. Would absolutely go again and recommend!

I had a wonderful stay here — the house is cozy, quiet, and full of warmth. It reminded me of my university days in Nottingham, and for a few nights, it felt like I had traveled back to that time. Thank you for creating such a comforting space. I’d definitely love to come back again!

As a group of 8 adults and 4 kids we found Nicholes place a great space to get together for the weekend. We appreciated the local recommendations from Nichole, particularly the animal farm park just up the road, which though fairly small has plenty for young children and a great cafe!

Had a wonderful stay with friends at Amelia’s , couldn’t ask for more beautiful surroundings. Lovely warm place despite being freezing outside when we arrived; a surprise for a big house! Amelia was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Highly recommend !!

Jenni’s place was nice and clean and matched the description … great for overnight stay and had all we needed .. easy to find and good communication .. well recommended

Steve kept us in contract throughout and made our stay great. Never used Airbnb before so this was a great touch from the host. Will definitely use again

A lovely cottage in a great setting. 2 excellent pubs and a micro brewery all easily walkable and a great location for Matlock, Bakewell, Buxton and most of the Peak District tourist locations. Hilary was an excellent host and we would highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful time at the cottage. It was clean, tidy, and quiet. Roger was the perfect host! He met us when we arrived and was so friendly and welcoming. He even left some groceries for us like homemade marmalade, bread, and milk. As well as this, Roger saw on my air bnb profile how much I enjoy tomato ketchup and left some on the table for me! Thanks Roger! If we’re ever in the area again we wouldn’t miss the opportunity to stay there. 10/10!

Me and my family loved staying at this cottage. Very unique features and sense of being in the country side. Really calm atmosphere. The house has everything you need. Bedrooms are spacious and bright. Bathroom is bigger than normal. Great big shower. Kitchen is well equipped. Garden is lovely and long. Didn't really have the best weather to enjoy it, but lovely to admire it from the dining table. We were surprised by the bits and bobs you could borrow from the house such as raincoats or picnic matts. We couldn't ask for more. We would definitely stay again. Maritza

Where do I start from ? Marina herself was just simply the best host ever, very friendly, went out of her way to offer me more and more, location was awesome, house was very clean, extras loaded up, tea, coffee, milk, cereal, I could not have asked for more. 7 mins walk to town, 5mins drive to railway line. Very secure home. In summary, all went well, a must stay if visiting Loughborough. Thanks Marina

We had a fabulous stay. Ruth made everything effortless, even offered us early check in and a later check out which we all really appreciated A beautiful place to stay, the house was immaculate.
