I stayed at here for 3 nights. Located in a very convenient but quiet and peaceful nabourhood, felt very safe. Apartment has a separate entrance, clean and tastefully decorated. Roni was an excellent host, very friendly and responded promptly throughout the stay. I wound highly recommend staying here at Roni’s 😊

We stayed at this house for 10 days and absolutely loved it. My partner and I were warmly welcomed by Chandana and his wife, who were both fantastic hosts — kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. The house itself was spotless and perfectly organized. Cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay — truly everything you’d expect from a perfect BnB. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

Kithmal's home in Jayawardenapura Kotte is an absolute gem. The house is beautifully designed, spacious, and peaceful, with a stunning living area and four very comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms. Set in a quiet, green neighborhood with cheerful, friendly neighbors, it’s just a 4-minute walk to supermarkets and fruit shops, with fantastic restaurants and cafes close by. The city center is only 20 minutes by Uber or PickMe, and tuk-tuks are always nearby. A special thanks to Kithmal’s father, Mahinda, the warm and incredibly responsive caretaker—always just a call or message away. I’m deeply grateful to have found this place and will definitely stay again.
