Sleeping for up to 5, quiet and peaceful location, with almost 4 acres off the beaten path down a short gravel road. Just over 800 square feet, built by hand by our father. Much of the wood furnishings inside were also made by him. Plenty of room to wander, or just sit and enjoy the peacefulness. Dollar General is only 1.9 miles away for your last-minute needs or Bill’s Cash Saver is 7.2 miles.

The Hardy Lakehouse Lilypad is a private, delightful two-story home on Kiwanie Lake just blocks from the Southfork of the Spring River. The home sits on an acre of land with a seasonal creek and private dock for your enjoyment. Fenced and pet friendly, it is a great retreat for small or larger groups (9 max). Use our boats for fishing at the lake or enjoy local shuttle rentals on the Spring River. Fill your days with the beauty of the outdoors and come home to play pool or enjoy a campfire.

Memories await you at this unique and family-friendly mid-century bungalow on lovely Lake Thunderbird. Leave your worries and stress behind but bring your boat, ice chest, fishing gear, and favorite food and beverages. Home features 2 large bedrooms, a twin rollaway bed, and a convertible sofa in the living room. Note: the guest space is the upper level of the house. The basement is private and contains a storage room and garage/workshop which are accessed occasionally by the caretaker.

Relax with the family and friends at this peaceful getaway where you can relax and rewind. This home is only 9 miles from Pocahontas, with only 1 and 1/2 miles of gravel. The home sits on 18 acres of hardwood trees with hiking trails. You might get a chance to see a deer or turkey. Within 20 minutes you have public access to the beautiful 11 point river where you can enjoy canoeing, floating, fishing, and swimming. Also just 16 minutes away is a canoe rental.

The Archer house is just two blocks from main street, one block from the Spring River, a short walk to Mammoth Spring State Park and close to dining and shopping. It has been completely remodeled in fall of 2022 and features many unique and premium features. Including a walk-in tile shower, wood ceilings in part of the house, cedar-clad front porch and more. The house is also equipped with brand new appliances, fast wifi, washer and dryer and more!
