Great listing and will continue to return here when visiting St. Pete/Tampa area. Ramon has been great, and I love the large shower & Murphy style bed.

We had a great time in Richard's place. It was easy to find and check in, a great location for our trip, and there were lots of little thoughtful items like snacks and waters for us. Super nice in the Florida heat. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and the house felt nice and private. Richard was clear on check-in instructions and flexible on timing for us. He also was very responsive during the stay when we had questions or concerns. We definitely would stay here again. 10/10

Stayed here when working for Metallica in Tampa over the weekend I was there. Overall the location was decent with a lot of things close by. You definitely will need a car or Uber around but was overall a good experience. The Ac unit in the room did leak water the first day I was there but the host handled it very quickly and got it situated.

Michael’s place was quite comfortable with all the high tech touches. We had plenty of room For the four of us to stretch out, relax, and be quite comfortable. Condo was walking distance to coffee shops and food venues. Easy on and off highway. Looking forward to going back! 😊 thanks

This place was cozy and fun to stay at. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub the most (as adults); our kiddo enjoyed the toys out back to climb and swing on also. The house had everything we needed. Our host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful at all times. He was willing to accommodate us the best he could and since we were Veterans, he provided us a discount, which we truly appreciated. We would definitely stay again and encourage anyone else to!

Susan’s place was great, really peaceful, we had canoes and barbecues and a place called the freezer just down the road, a short bike ride away, ice cream bar everyone in in area is super friendly, we’d totally recommend it to anyone. A great place to stay.

Nice little quiet place that is close to the main Cortez strip. It is a farm so there are chickens and goats. Parking was a little tight, but overall great experience.

It was a great stay especially that it was close to family.We enjoyed the pool and seeing the wildlife. Austin was a great host.He was quick to respond to all text messages.

To begin, the property exceeded expectations, offering a pristine and aesthetically pleasing environment. The experience was highly enjoyable, prompting a request for an additional night's stay from my spouse, which our accommodating host readily facilitated. Despite the late notice, the host was able to accommodate our request. I would certainly consider this property for future accommodations.

From start to finish our 6 days here was wonderful. Very close to my best friend and so much to do in the area. We enjoyed the home, the deck, the grill and the fire pit with our friends. Our stay was home away from home perfect and the setting and privacy were much needed. Easy access to anything you could want or need and return to the peace and quiet. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us.

Chris was a great host. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice and recommendations. The property was amazing. His décor was outstanding! The details were perfect. The property was easy to access and easy to enter. The Bay and pool were right outside our window. The bar at the pool had lots of options. There was even entertainment on Friday night at the pool. We felt completely safe and the parking was also easy and covered (under the condo). We loved our stay at this property. Highly recommend property and host!

This was the first time I stayed at Geri's place and it was wonderful. Even though I was staying in a condo, the entire complex was very quiet and peaceful. Geri was very responsive and I will definitely consider staying here again when I am back in the area.

This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The interior was beautifully decorated, spotless, and felt so welcoming. Just steps from the sand, the location couldn’t be better—perfect for beach lovers and in a very walkable area with plenty to explore nearby. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing coastal getaway!
