Check-in to the apartment was very easy, with the code in the app and the lock in front of the house. The Apartment is very modern, has lots of light, everything was very clean, and we felt right at home. In the kitchen there was everything you need for eating and cooking. Living room with TV, sofa, dining table and balcony. The bedroom is also very nice. Amy and Tobias were always very responsive. All in all, a great, bright and beautiful apartment if you want to visit Schwäbisch Gmünd and do not want to sleep right in the hustle and bustle of the city. A grocery store is very close(3 minutes by car or you can walk as well) and the neighborhood is very quiet. We stayed here with a baby and Tobias and Amy got us a crib as well which was very much appreciated.

We all liked the apartment very much, even the parking in front of the house made the arrival very easy. There was nothing to complain about in the apartment, everything necessary was available and the contact was also very friendly and helpful. We found the apartment in a very clean condition and hope to have left it the same way. Leisure activities for young and old were within a few minutes' walking distance. A truly fantastic accommodation where you feel completely comfortable from minute 1. The view of nature, the tranquility, the location slightly away from the village, surrounded by trees… Absolutely perfect if you want to switch off. In the accommodation you will find everything you need - but also nothing more. So it's very tidy and clean. The apartment was decorated with a lot of love. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was cozy warm and large - and then just this view! I will definitely be back and look forward to it! Thank you for having me as your guest ❤️

My two-day stay at Jens' place was absolutely wonderful! The space was spotlessly clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Jens was an incredibly kind and responsive host, quickly addressing all my questions and making me feel right at home. The location is perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing.
