Monthly Rentals in Spotswood

Enjoyed staying at Cam's place which was conveniently located close to the Melbourne CBD and still was a very peaceful and quite neighbourhood. We stayed in Unit 2 with a big living room with a kitchenette, and a single bed room with on suite bathroom. very much comfortable for a family of two or for three if the third person is OK with sleeping on the couch which was very comfortable too.we got a good deal despite being a holiday time. Spotswood metro station is at a walkable distance and there are coffee shops, parks, and grocery close by.Cam was very responsive and solved all the small issues we faced promptly. Highly recommend.

Kirsty's apartment was an excellent option for my partner and I to stay for a few nights whilst visiting family in Newport. Located right in the shops area of Newport, with a village feel, lots of excellent cafes and even a wine bar right downstairs. The space itself was very comfortable, clean, light, great shower and bed linen, just very happy with the place. Nice touch of leaving some basics such as bread, butter, milk and juice for guests to use upon arrival, which we actually really needed after arriving late from the airport at night, starving! Would definitely recommend to other guests.

It was a nice place to stay. Being close to the train station makes it easy to move around. Very clean with no problems at all. Enjoyed it a lot as it was on stop away from a beach

Tania has been a great host, very helpful and supportive. My kid and I had good time in this lovely loft, we had seen the friendly cat around, and wonderful birds surrounded, will go back again.
