Vacation rentals with breakfast in Spoleto

Ho trascorso nell'appartamento il capodanno insieme al mio gruppo di amici. La casa si è rivelata una fantastica scelta, pulizia e accuratezza in ogni minimo dettaglio. Inoltre la gentilezza dei proprietari e la loro disponibilità sono stati i due elementi che aggiungono meritatamente la lode al nostro soggiorno. Da non dimenticare la ricca colazione apprezzatissima che ci ha preparato Raffaella al risveglio! Grazie mille per tutto!

What a beautiful place! The photos do not do it justice. Claudia's Casa was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and very quiet. It would help you to know that Via Pellegrini is bi-level. The entrance to Claudia's place is up the stairs, just under the portico. After we learned the streets, we were happy to know that hers easily led into the hearts of town. Claudia's parking instructions, and then her walking instructions, were perfect. Do not map her street address! Map her parking instructions. It will save you a lot of time and angst. My co-pilot did me wrong. And that is all I will say about that! Viterbo is a lovely small town, and Claudia's place exactly mirrors its character. We loved staying at Claudia's, not just for what I mentioned, but because her instructions were so clear, the amenities were exactly as described, and her home felt so comfortable, we could have stayed longer. Plus...Viterbo may not be on your bucket list, but it should be!

Riccardo, contattato via messaggi, è stato sempre puntuale nelle risposte e super esaustivo nelle indicazioni riguardanti l'appartamento, vari consigli su dove parcheggiare e su come arrivare alla struttura. Cassetta di sicurezza per la chiave quindi check in molto rapido. Appartamento pulito e in ottima posizione per visitare montepulciano a piedi. 4 bottiglie d'acqua a disposizione e tutto il necessario per fare colazione. Lo consiglio

This was an amazing place to stay! The house is very close to everything in Assisi. The rooms were spacious and private and very comfortable. Fabio and his mom were very friendly and covered the check-in in detail with lots of suggestions in the area and making sure we were taken care of well.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter les villages médiévaux, accéder au Lac Bolsena, aux thermes et le centre de Viterbo est à 5 min en voiture. Il est également pratique d’aller à Rome et jusqu’à Ostia Antica. Le logement est très agréable, spacieux, très propre, climatisé et la terrasse privée est bien exposée et de bonne taille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les attentions de notre hôte qui tous les matins nous portait des pâtisseries maison délicieuses. De plus, à notre arrivée le frigo avait été rempli de boissons et nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement, expérience très agréable !

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

Francesca's home was so welcoming, and really felt like a home away from home. There were so many details covered and provided for, and Francesca made sure, ahead of our visit, that all would be in place. Communications were super responsive, up until we saw her mother waiting for us on the stairs by the front door. When we entered we were enveloped by a beautiful home, and also a welcoming gift, along with all the things we would need in the kitchen, and bathrooms, nice towels beautifully laid out on the beds, and bread, snacks, coffee, milk, juice, and more, to help us start our following day. It was simply a wonderful experience and we highly recommend Francesca's home. The location really works as a place to explore from, being 10-minutes from Montepulciano, and very accessible to a variety of other sites and towns as well. Next time we hope to stay longer and explore more, and hopefully Francesca's place will be available again. Thanks again very much, Francesca!

Appartanto nuovo e comodo con tutti i comfort . In prima linea con terrazza via sta lago e parcheggio comodo ( a pagamento ) di fronte a casa

We spent a week in Paolo's beautiful apartment, and could not have chosen a better place to stay for exploring Tuscany! His family farm is rustic and peaceful, yet the spacious apartment had every amenity we could ask for! Paolo provided excellent instruction prior to our visit, and greeted us on arrival to show us the apartment and property. We appreciated the well stocked refrigerator and the extra treats that were provided as it was much more than any other place where we have stayed. Paolo was always gracious and quick to respond to any questions and we are grateful for his hospitality. The location just outside of Montepulciano was the perfect base to explore the town, and an easy and beautiful drive to others such as Pienza, Bagno Vignano, Civita di Bagnoregio, and Orvieto. The pool was spectacular, the weather unfortunately, was to cool to use it. Thank you, Paolo, for an amazing experience and wonderful memories! We hope to see you again soon! Om het complex ligt een prachtige tuin met zwembad. Ons terras bij het appartement had een heel mooi uitzicht over de vallei. Het appartement is schoon en leuk ingericht. We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad.

L'appartamento è splendido, nel cuore di una cornice unica e rara come Civita di Bagnoregio. Monica è gentilissima e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

The house is amazing: it has a beautiful panoramic view above a part of historical center of Perugia, two balconies, three levels and three bathrooms. It's located in a historical building, yet is very confortable and clean. It is close to the Museum of Contemporary Art and the historical center of Perugia. We reached the adress very easy using the minimetro of Perugia. Mauro was very friendly and responsive to our needs. We certainly recomand it for any visit in Perugia!

We had a lovely stay at Jasmina’s bed-and-breakfast. The street was quiet. It was easy to find. Exceptionally clean. Very interesting building. Breakfast was included and was good.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida proprietà, ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica sotto ogni punto di vista. L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio: pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è ideale, con facile accesso a negozi e località turistiche vicine . il giardino è bellissimo e dotato di aria barbecue e la vista è aperta sulla valle. daniela è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le mie domande. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e senza stress. Non vedo l’ora di tornare, magari in estate

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

Annalisa's place was a gem. Great location. Very close to the Duomo. We loved staying in Orvieto and at Annalisa. The apartement was very clean and very spacious with a nice big bathroom. Communication was interesting, sometime challenging, but we made it work. Annalisa is very friendly and she gave us a lot of advices as to what to see and do in Orvieto and around. A nice breakfast was ready for us in the morning. Parking was easy and once there, we walked all around this beautiful medieval town.

Uno de los mejores alojamientos en que hemos estado. El edificio en un antiguo torreón medieval con jardín con vistas al lago, totalmente reformado y muy cómodo en el interior. La habitación bonita y muy limpia, todo perfecto y muy profesional. Lo mejor de todo, el trato de Mónica, siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto, nos recogió en la estación, nos dio recomendaciones sobre el pueblo y a la salida nos permitió dejar las maletas hasta la hora de nuestro tren. Los desayunos fantásticos, se adaptó a mis necesidades de comida sin gluten. Muchas gracias por todo, si volvemos a la zona nos alojaremos aquí otra vez sin duda!

Benedetta and her husband were truly wonderful hosts — kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Their proactive communication and genuine hospitality made everything feel effortless and so much fun. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. We can’t wait to visit them again on our next trip!

L'appartamento è delizioso, ordinato, pulito, funzionale per ogni esigenza e molto curato nell'arredamento. Colazione ricca allietata dalla vista offerta dalla bellissima terrazza sul Tevere e dalla gentilezza di Valeria. Molte le attività in zona suggerite dalla padrona di casa, così come i posti dove mangiare sano e bene.
