Monthly Rentals in Spoa

Beautifully located above the great beach of Kyra Panagia, the location is stunning! Beach within walking distance of a few steps. Large terrace, where you can enjoy the view and the sound of the sea in the evening! Very nice hosts, who were easily accessible at all times and were very flexible on arrival and departure times! Great starting point for exploring the entire island by rental car.

Great location, a short walk to the beautiful beach at Agios Nikolaos and a short drive up to the village. Wifi not the best. The apartment is nice and pleasant to stay in. There was no photo of the kitchen in the listing so I was glad I asked if there was a coffee maker because there wasn't so that was a minor logistical challenge since we were off season and nothing at the beach was open (but there are coffee houses and an excellent restaurant in Spoa, you just need to drive up to the village.)

Our stay was fantastic! The area of Mertonas was secluded and wild, just what we wanted. The house had an amazing view and we felt very comfy and at home. The communication with the host is impeccable: quick responses always and extremely available in responding to needs and questions! We will miss this amazing place

Great place to stay! A wonderful view of the town and the mountains from the balcony! Amazing sunsets! I was there in off season, so it was quiet (minus the bar next door open late on the weekend) and many restaurants not open. However, the ones that were I found excellent! A gorgeous place as a home base to explore the island!! The ferry terminal is literally outside your door! Very handy! Highly recommend!
