Quiet summer country cottage with a retro-look all to yourself that sits on a 25 acres maple trees forest. It is located approx. 10 min drive from popular bike trails, fishing dock, golf course and Calypso water park. This 2 bedrooms cottage is super clean, cozy and located on a country gravel dead end road. Ideal for nature and animal lovers and to spend good quality time with family and kids.

The space
This mobile home décor has been preserve in time with a 80's look. The property has mature apples trees and a very impressive grape vine growing all summer. Property offer full private access to a above ground swimming pool. It has a water well with a charcoal filtration system that was install end of season 2021 to help with hardness of the well water. The cottage also offers lots of kids toys, satellite WIFI , DVD player with a large selection of DVD's to watch on rainy days. Well behave dogs are also welcome on the property.

Guest access
The cottage is easily accessible by the main gravel road. There is plenty of parking available (and free) on site.

Other things to note
Private pool, full-size BBQ with propane tank, play structure for kids, outdoor games and toys, fire wood, fully equip kitchen with a full-size fridge (stove, oven, toaster, Keurig coffee machine with c-cups, utensils, plates, bowls, cooking items, knife and many more.

Sleep 5 comfortably in beds and the living room as a futon couch (small double bed size). Bedsheets, pillows, blankets and towels also provided.
