This rental is for the Fox Cove guest house only. There is a main home about 35 feet away from the guest house that may be rented by another party during your stay. If you would like to rent both properties look for the listing for "Foxes- Foxfire and Fox Cove" to rent both together.

Fox Cove is located on the same property as the main cabin Foxfire. The two cabins are about 30 feet apart and when rented in conjunction with Foxfire, it's the perfect spot for a large family or family reunion. Each cabin has its own parking area and private entry. The two cabins share 300 feet of private Lake Superior shoreline for you to enjoy during your stay here. The shoreline is perfect for watching the gorgeous sunrise over Lake Superior and for listening to the waves roll in onto the ledge rocks.

Allergy Warning: This home is not a pet-friendly property, but the owner has a dog. A dander and pet hair free property cannot be guaranteed.

Area information
Located on Cascade Beach Road, a popular vacation destination near the town of Lutsen on Lake Superior's North Shore. The Lutsen area offers everything from miles of hiking and biking trails to the Midwest's premier downhill skiing destination - Lutsen Mountains. Head up during the summer months, as well, to enjoy the alpine slide and take a scenic gondola ride up to Moose Mountain Summit where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Superior. Cascade State Park is just a couple of miles away and features a gorgeous waterfall following a short, easy hike. You are also just a short drive away from several restaurants (some only open in the summer months) and quaint, locally-owned shops located nearby.

Please Note: Access to this home is via a staircase from the parking area which may be difficult for some people to manage. You will not be able to park near the cabin and will need to carry luggage in from the parking area above. Please feel free to call if you have any questions about the staircase.

Coming during the winter months? The driveway is very steep and can get very icy, even with regular sanding and maintenance. 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended during the winter months at this property.
