Cabin vacation rentals in Split Rock

We enjoyed our stay at Tall Trees and it made for a great weekend getaway. There was lots to do nearby with Hickory Run, Lehigh Gorge and Jim Thorpe all just a short drive away. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we saw lots of wildlife during our stay. We’d definitely come back again!

Beautiful and accommodating- we took our 5 kids and our frenchies out of Manhattan for the long weekend and found the most perfect gem to reconnect as a family and with nature here! The rooms were perfect, we played games, enjoyed the hot tub and campfire and local attractions. The hosts are more than flexible and easy to communicate with!

Nicholas is an outstanding host. We did have to reach out to him pretty late at night and he was still super responsive and found a remedy for our situation. Very nice guy. We didn’t have time to use all the amenities of the community, but the lake looked pretty cool. We came for an event at Pocono Raceway, which was a pretty short drive from this house. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard! Such a bonus that the back doors go right out to the fenced yard for them (and convenient for lazy people like me who don’t want to attach a leash every time). Thanks for hosting!

Had an excellent getaway with my boyfriend at Devin’s place. We enjoyed the enclosed hot tub and the fireplace. Also, it was just a short drive to some beautiful hikes. The community is beautiful. You can also take a nice walk down a trail or sit by a nice lake.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin! Super nice and spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with good quality knives and cookware, there was so many things we could do just in the house from grilling and chilling to playing arcade or yard games. The house slippers were a really nice touch as well. Thank you Danny!

I had a great stay here. The home is fantastic, comfortable, super clean, and very well organized. It’s in a beautiful, quiet spot surrounded by woods, which made it feel peaceful and private. The amenities were great and everything worked exactly as it should. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining this place. I’d definitely come back.

Wow! This is the best of the best, beautifully designed inside and out. Everything was spotless. The fenced in deck with a hot tub was the reason we booked this place but it exceeded our expectations. We had a most wonderful time. Thank you 🌸

My husband and I came for a long weekend - this home was SPOTLESS and I'm anal about cleanliness. Everything was pristine and new, comfortable and super easy to get around. We fell in love with the hot tub! It was so wonderful!! In the morning, we drank our am hot drinks at the outside table and watched the deer practically come up to the table. We got to see a mama and her new baby too! The deer literally wander around with no fear so they get really close. Our visit was for the Jim Thorpe area and it wasn't far at all and a super easy drive. The Coal tour was really interesting. We had dinner at Dom N Ali which was DELICIOUS! So good in fact we went back twice - once for dinner and once for pizza at lunch and it was the best! The house itself really is charming and had everything you could possibly need and was super comfortable. The atmosphere and watching the wildlife was a great way to detox from the week. We absolutely would stay again & highly recommend.

Our time at the Cabin in the Trees was incredible!! I stayed there with two of my best friends for a little girls trip, and we had the most precious time. Jeffrey and property manager Chad were not only responsive - they were friendly and cared about us having a great stay. The patio especially perfect, from late night fireside wine chats, to early morning coffee and yoga sessions. Thank you Jeffrey and Chad!

Wonderful place to stay! If you are looking to stay off the beaten trail and enjoy a quiet time away, this is the place for you! We enjoyed spending every night in the hot tub and relaxing with the TV. Even though it rained most of our trip, the house was well-stocked with games and music. We loved playing pool together at night! The little Nespresso coffee bar was amazing! Would definitely recommend bringing a four-wheel drive vehicle to get to the house, and ensure that you get there while it is still light outside (at least the first time). It was very easy to get to downtown Jim Thorpe to enjoy all it has to offer. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that wants to visit Jim Thorpe or even just to have a quaint, intimate weekend getaway!

Le Wood cabin was absolutely perfect for my sister bachelorette weekend! The house was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures don’t even do the place justice! Place had all the amenities linens, pots, pans, glasses, toilet paper, lighters for fireplace and so much more! It was so nice to not be stressed about all the little things. We were 12 minutes to downtown Jim Thorpe & it was the perfect spot! Edwin very quick to answer questions and provide help! We even talked about booking again next year! Place was super clean! Also had a coffee bar that was completely unexpected!

Beautiful private location with everything you could ask for to make a home away from home. The house has a very upscale feel from the soap to the blankets. We had multiple deer sightings right outside the window. It’s a perfect balance between feeling away from it all in nature but also comfortable.

My husband and I were trying to getaway from the city, have some relaxing time for us with our dog and Vera’s and Alex place was just perfect! We had a great time, the house was clean and beautiful, my husband loved spending time making fire at the fireplace and then building the fire for the Hot tub that was gorgeous. Vera and Alex were answering our questions really quick so we didn’t have any issues! Looking forward to book this place again in the future! 😊

Renee was the perfect host - always quick to respond, super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at Renee’s house, it had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend away from home. The grill and hot tub are great features, and everything was clean and easy to find. A+++

Macarena's place was exactly what I needed for a peaceful getaway! Nestled in a serene, tree-filled location, it truly lived up to its promise of tranquility. I booked my stay hoping for a few days of rest and relaxation, and that's precisely what I experienced. The place is incredibly scenic and has all the amenities necessary for a comfortable and unwinding stay. The big projector screen was a fantastic bonus – we had a great time watching movies. I only wish I could have stayed longer! I highly recommend Macarena's place for anyone seeking a quiet and rejuvenating retreat.
