Gorgeous huge funky modern stylised Appartment with super comfy quiet bedroom. Equipped with everything and more you could want or need. Quality towels and powerful shower with luxury of deep bath to relax after walking the seafront to Hastings which is only a short Amble away. Cafes and eateries galore on your doorstep- particularly liked botanica for breakfast and the farmyard near the station. Easy to get around via buses to rye, battle and day trip via train to Brighton. Zee leaves comprehensive lists of well researched places to eat to suit all budgets. Shopping fantastic and great quirky vintage shops everywhere. I’ve photo shot so many beautiful recipes from a well stocked bookcase of great cookery books, book this place it’s fantastic , thank you Zed 6 stars x

A lovely flat in a perfect location! Ideal for a couple. We loved our stay and would happily come back.

As it turned out my wife & I caught a cold from Hell at the last moment, and because we were visiting an elderly relative in a care home and the other house guests are also of a certain age we decided not to go , but here is the comment from the two guests who stayed . “ Everything was fine, very well equipped, a little shabby in places, excellent position and parking worked well.” From my side Phil made everything run smoothly so I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment. This was an ideal base for a long weekend exploring Hove and Brighton - thank you so much for the great communication and the place was clean and perfectly suited.

It's a lovely flat, with comfortable beds and a superb view of the sea. Loved being there. All instructions super clear - thank you Caroline. Lots of amenities nearby. Buses to Hastings are ok, but get the Stagecoach app to see if they're running to the timetable.

Absolutely loved our stay! Photos don’t do the flat justice. Beautiful view of the seafront, big open space, very comfortable bed, great location easily walkable to the old town (10 mins), really clean space and easy check in. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

We had a great couple of days staying here. The apartment was exactly as descibed and well situated to easily travel to Brighton and Worthing. A great find!

We had a lovely stay here - the home is very nice, and at a great location, the garden and views were perfect. The host gave helpful clear instructions, we had no issues with parking, and made use of the recommendation of restaurants from the host. The main road noise did not bother us at all. I would highly recommend.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the beautiful Driftwood. We were very lucky with the weather so took full advantage of the balcony area watching the seafront and everything going on. The house was spotlessly clean and there was a lovely welcome message, wine and biscuits waiting for us on arrival. The house is exactly as described and as per the photos and the views are amazing. Lots of extra little touches make it feel very homely. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Simone was the perfect host. Clear arrival instructions, very proactive with excellent communication. Simone was able to offer us an earlier check-in which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend a visit to Driftwood!

Great few days at Camber Cottages. The decor is as the photos suggest, very much in the ‘shabby chic’ beach cabin style. The courtyard at the back is sweet and the living space easy with large groups. The beds were comfy & linen lovely and clean and fresh. The outdoor furniture could have been more comfortable and perhaps a few more seats useful for larger groups. The armchair in the front window a bit worse for wear. Camber sands beach is literally a 5 minute walk over the dunes which made it really easy with kids. Rye is charming & we had a great visit to local vineyard Tillingham.

Excellent stay for a family getaway with the dogs! Saw an amazing sunset out the back window and an amazing sun rise out the front window! Spacious! Garden is secure although could do with some deweeding but overall excellent place to stay in an ideallic location. Would recommend!!

What a beautiful place to stay. We sunbathed, played games on the beach and chilled out on the verandah all weekend - it was perfect for a group of friends! When booking, we hadn’t realised there was no road access to the house (our oversight!!), so this is worth bearing in mind. You will need to carry bags etc across the beach or sand dunes to get to the house. The house is evidently a much loved family home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in an absolutely beautiful location.

Victoria’s house was amazing. A group of us stayed for a walking weekend and was the perfect spot to walk to Dungeness and back. The rear access to the dunes and the beach was incredible. Victoria is an amazing host and was helpful and responsive all the way. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment is perfect decorated with real style . Beautifully set up and a superb location. Jaclyn is super helpful and responds quickly - and has a great sense of humor. My 86 year old mother loved it !

Another great stay at Marks. Easy communications Mark is very responsive excellent location and really enjoyable stay in this pristine flat. It is close to the beach and lots of bars and cafés in a great road in Hove. Look forward to staying again soon.

Alan's place was perfect for our annual trip to Brighton. It looked exactly like the photos and we felt instantly at home. We really enjoyed the decor and all the little touches that had been put in place to make our stay super easy. Alan was so friendly and provided clear instructions for check in, plus he even informed us the day before that the flat would be available for an earlier check in, allowing us to arrive earlier in the day so we could enjoy our time in Brighton for a little longer. The location was perfect for us, very close to the heart of Seven Dials but set back from a main road so it's nice and quiet. The quantity of lovely stuff immediately on the doorstep plus being just a short walk to the center of town made this place a very convenient location to stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone that comes across it. Thanks again for having us Alan 😁

A wonderful, clean and elegant apartment. Ideal location next to the beach.

Beautiful and spacious lower ground floor flat with the added bonus of a car parking space. Excellent location close to the sea front and the town. Jo was quick to respond to our queries and made some excellent recommendations for local fish and chips. The heating is controlled from Jo’s house upstairs but this wasn’t a problem when we asked for the heating to be boosted. The flat was toasty and warm.

The apartment was just as described and in the photos, clear instructions were given for the check in which made it easy! The place itself is an easy walk from the pier and all the stuff to do in Brighton. Great view from the bedroom and living room. Thank you again Katie for the stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment was lovely and as described. Location was perfect, on the seafront and facing the i360. It had everything we needed. It was very clean (we’re not the type of people who go looking for dust as nowhere is spotless!!) Bed settee could maybe do with a mattress topper but it was ok for a couple of nights, the king bed and single bed were very comfortable and a very high standard of bed linen. We will definitely stay here again.
