Waterfront vacation rentals in Sovereign Harbour

Lovely place to stay myself and my daughter stayed here for a few days and had a wonderful time! I love Hastings and the location is amazing for the sea front and all the cafes etc! Very clean and has all you need! Felt very comfortable and cosy! We loved our stay and would happily return!

Firstly, June was a good egg! Lovely lady and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She was always there if we had any questions or needed anything. The flat was literally perfect for a couple of nights away. Clean, everything was new. The whole place was comfortable, bright and airy with an amazing little roof terrace to sit out on and have a morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Loads of lovely little bars, cafes, shops, etc. within a stones throw and the beach is across the road. Its our first time in Brighton for 15 years or more and we were blown away by how nice the place is. Great shops, bars were all heaving, amazing vibe, great crowd. Honestly, the whole weekend was just what the Doctor ordered and we will be back. P.s, the bed was so comfy too!!!

Lovely apartment by Worthing seafront, with all the comforts needed for a short stay. Super clean , all very new. The hosts were quick in communications and instructions to access very clear. We would have loved a little “welcome breakfast” kit , as we arrived late evening with a kid , and we did not have time for food shopping. Overall, very nice place to stay!

Great hosts, lovely place to stay!

We chose the apartment due to it's proximity to an event we were attending and it was perfect for that purpose. The apartment has massive rooms and everything was exactly as pictured and described - had all we needed for our 2 night stay. Anthony himself was very friendly and easy to deal with, plus accommodated us with an earlier check in time due to our travel arrangments - he could not have been more helpful !

Thank you Mathew for allowing us to stay with our dogs. Even though our stay was an emotional one, we felt right at home and that made things a whole lot easier. Being Autistic with other disabilities/difficulties, it can be very hard travelling and staying away at different locations. From the moment we arrived we felt like we belonged which really helped me to cope, thank you We loved the basement apartment, it was perfect from everything it offered, to the unique quaintness of its character, to how quiet it was, to feeling so warm and inviting. We look forward to returning again

We had a fantastic stay at Laura’s apartment. Fantastic location with sea views. A stone throw from the waterfront. Beautiful Regency apartment with high ceilings, stylishly decorated with beautiful antique furniture and an eclectic collection of art pieces. Very clean apartment with all the amenities and comfortable beds, perfect for 3 guest. Laura & Thoby communicated very well and were helpful and very flexible with arrival and departure time. We very much enjoyed our stay at their flat and would highly recommend a stay at their flat.

Fantastic views, extremely comfortable space, great for access to local transportation & walking/biking paths

We had a lovely stay here - the home is very nice, and at a great location, the garden and views were perfect. The host gave helpful clear instructions, we had no issues with parking, and made use of the recommendation of restaurants from the host. The main road noise did not bother us at all. I would highly recommend.

Kay's apartment was absolutely superb for us and she was such a great host. She was able to provide a travel cot and high chair at the last minute as silly grandparents had forgotten to pack them. It was no problem for Kay and she'd got it in position by the time we arrived, for which we were all extremely grateful. The apartment is located in a great spot with direct views over the estuary and Arun yacht club and a 5 minute walk from the beach and high st! We were greeted with a lovely basket containing sourdough bread, homemade biscuits, milk, jam, marmalade as well as plenty of tea bags, coffee & sugar! All the beds were comfortable as was the sofa and easy chairs in the lounge/diner. We all would recommend the local fish & chip shop Osca's as the food there was fantastic!

Fabulous place. It was very well equipped and the bed we slept in was very comfortable. We loved the decor and would very happily visit again. Our host was very responsive and even left us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our friend’s birthday! (Thank you.) Rye itself is very characterful and we just had a wonderful weekend.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the beautiful Driftwood. We were very lucky with the weather so took full advantage of the balcony area watching the seafront and everything going on. The house was spotlessly clean and there was a lovely welcome message, wine and biscuits waiting for us on arrival. The house is exactly as described and as per the photos and the views are amazing. Lots of extra little touches make it feel very homely. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Simone was the perfect host. Clear arrival instructions, very proactive with excellent communication. Simone was able to offer us an earlier check-in which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend a visit to Driftwood!

A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

Excellent stay for a family getaway with the dogs! Saw an amazing sunset out the back window and an amazing sun rise out the front window! Spacious! Garden is secure although could do with some deweeding but overall excellent place to stay in an ideallic location. Would recommend!!

This is a lovely, welcoming retreat in the heart of Canterbury. There is a peaceful and private oasis on the back terrace where one can have a drink or a meal and listen to the birds, river, and happy daytime activities happening in the nearby park. Good view of the cathedral from the upstairs front window, and wonderful view of the river from the upstairs back balcony and windows! The location is close to everything (very walkable) and easy to find. The bed was very comfortable. Hosts were kind and responsive. We would certainly stay there again if we return to Canterbury.

A great place for a family holiday! Checkin/ checkout was easy with clear instructions and the drive has plenty of of space for multiple cars. The property is spacious and modern, the bedrooms and bathrooms are good sizes and the two living rooms are perfect for large groups to gather and socialise together in the evenings. The kitchen has everything you need to cook large family dinners and the big dining table allows everyone to eat together. The garden area is across three different heights with various areas to sit and enjoy, including one area that looks out onto the beach and sea-the perfect place for a cup of tea. The cabin with the fire pit is great for evenings and for kids to cook marshmallows over! The rear gate leads onto the beach which was perfect for strolls at any time of day, we personally loved to start and end each day this way. We enjoyed trips to Rye and Camber Sands but equally loved spending time at the property. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Another great stay at Marks. Easy communications Mark is very responsive excellent location and really enjoyable stay in this pristine flat. It is close to the beach and lots of bars and cafés in a great road in Hove. Look forward to staying again soon.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The views out over Brighton/Hove and the sea from the lounge, bedroom and kitchen are just stunning. The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Clear and detailed instructions for how to access the apartment and loads of recommendations for places to visit, eat and drink. Fantastic communication right from booking and James even messaged on our first morning to check everything was OK. Brilliant from start to finish. Thank you!

We had a lovely time in this place!! Very stylish, tidy space. It was conveniently located near a supermarket and Hove station. The only downside was that the stairwell had a strong small of cigarettes, which made the hallway a bit smelly.

Kimberley was an excellent host, extremely responsive and so helpful and understanding. she gave lots of tips for the area and the property is in the very centre of Hastings, right on the seafront and next to old town. This does come with slight noise that you would expect being on a main road, but the property is really funky and unique inside - love the decor and location. perfect Hastings get away - visit the fire fields!

We loved our stay. we found it was the perfect location, everything was in walking distance. it was soo cosy and comfortable. We loved loved loveddd the Nook! It was the selling point and now we’re planning on building one In our garden! we are really picky with pillows and bedding, usually we bring our own 😂 but it was not needed at all! The bed was honestly soo comfortable and the pillows were just perfect! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! Simon was very helpful and we were able to check in independently and leave our bags for a short while following check out which we really appreciated. Lots of space in the bedrooms and only a short walk from the station. Thanks Simon!
