Vacation rentals with beach access in Soverato

We were received in a very friendly manner and stayed in Francesco's Airbnb for a month. It is very suitable for longer stays. The apartment is pleasantly bright, tastefully furnished and well equipped. You have a beautiful view of the sea. We wanted to get away from the gray winter in Germany and had beautiful spring weather in San Sostene Marina in March. The scenery and flora are impressive! And in just five minutes you can reach a large, free parking lot on the beach by car. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Pasquale is a very welcoming, very responsive host. He gave us lots of tips on sightseeing around his rental, including a very good ice cream shop😋. The location is great for accessing Pizzo, Tropea and Scilla. Quiet rental.

Very nice and well-maintained apartment close to the beach. She has everything you need, and in addition, Maria Giulia leaves refreshments for guests, which was very nice of her. The kitchen is very well equipped. We highly recommend this place and thank you for your hospitality.

Great area, a few kilometers north of Pizzo Calabro 500 meters from a large beach that can be reached on foot through a fragrant pine forest. Spacious and fully furnished apartment. The residence where it is located, has two pools, one with a water slide, tennis courts and soccer. Great welcome from the owners, kind and helpful. Recommended for everyone.

We were happy with the apartment. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and quite modern. In particular, we enjoyed sitting on the peaceful, sunny terrace amidst blooming plants and run-away lizards. Stepping through the backdoor of the terrace, it took just a very short walk to Pizzo beach, which was like a lonely planet in mid- October. Liudmyla was very hospitable and provided useful information before check-in. Apart from a short power failure on a rainy day we had a perfect stay at Marinella. Strongly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was squeaky clean and spacious enough for our family shenanigans. The pool is great, and the beach is just a flip-flop away. The view? So spectacular, it made us consider moving in permanently! Highly recommend!

We were pampered by the warm waters of the sea of Davoli and the attention of Antonino, a fantastic host who I highly recommend that our stay was as comfortable as possible, a kind and non-intrusive present, an exceptional location very comfortable to the sea and the center but at the same time quiet and quiet, which is still true, so they only make beautiful Calabria shine even more, thank you and we will be back again for sure

Antonella's residence has all the comforts possible and is a short walk from the sea. We found it in perfect condition and spent 8 days of true relaxation. A particularly positive dimension for a family with a small child. We felt right at home.

Thanks to Franco for her warm welcome! He picked us up by car from the airport which was extremely convenient. The house is very quiet with 2 terrases and a garden and looks like the photos. Franco is very responsive and has good advice! He brightened up our stay. Just be careful if no car as there are practically no sidewalks and cars go fast.

Giuseppe's house has a very special flair. The amenities (windows, floors, kitchen, ...) are of high quality and stylish. The garden with seating possibilities and barbecue is well maintained and we really enjoyed trying the various citrus fruits. Since we arrived by plane (and rental car), it was very helpful that not only bed linen and towels but also a few basic foods (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, ...) were available. Even wine and cookies were ready to welcome you. The location on the street was not an issue. Within walking distance you can easily get to the marina and also up to the place to the piazza... to the supermarket we drove a few minutes by car. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.

I congratulate Fabrizio on his home and on the dedication of Carmine and his wife to making guests feel at home. We had a great time because everything works and everything is clean We left the car in a very spacious place and that's very important. Thank you so much!

The apartment was well laid out and very clean. The host was also very nice. Moreover, he even let us check in at 12:30 p.m.

The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place and we would stay here again easily! We loved our stay here & would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring beautiful Siderno!

What a lovely studio! Even though you have to get the keys from Rachael (no self check in); nevertheless she’s very responsive and accommodative. I will definitely stay again when I return to the area.

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Recently renovated house, well equipped. Lots of attention, from finding various groceries in the house, products for the care of the person and for the use of the kitchen, to the daily availability of the owner Federica in satisfying every need. The house is in front of a transparent sea, on the beach you can have good spaces even in August, parking on the street is easy to find.

We really enjoyed our stay in Pizzo, in Maria's apartment, who was an exceptional host, adorable, responsive, understanding, especially when we arrived with a day of difference following a "misadventure" in Rome, she welcomed us with milk and cakes to comfort the children. The apartment is very large, with all the necessities for the kitchen, linens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, the equipment was perfect, and not to mention the essential air conditioning during the summer. The pool was very nice, and the beach within walking distance 300 meters. The residence was very quiet, ideal for our family. And in addition, a glacier close to the residence "Gelataria Enrico" to taste their artisanal and local ice cream, the "tartufo di Pizzo" which are a treat. The best cities to visit and beaches are Tropea, Scilla (Chianalea village), Pizzo, Reggio Calabria. Thanks again Maria for this stay, we highly recommend her apartment.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

Maria Teresa takes great pride in the wonderful gardens surrounding the property. We really loved this place and wished we could have spent more time there.
