Apartment vacation rentals in Soverato

Aldo is a genius. He picked us up at the train station, which was 10 minutes from the accommodation. We arrived in the afternoon and he gave us a beautiful snack with wine. He was always very attentive and responded quickly to my concerns. It was a super necessary stay. I would come back without thinking.

We were received in a very friendly manner and stayed in Francesco's Airbnb for a month. It is very suitable for longer stays. The apartment is pleasantly bright, tastefully furnished and well equipped. You have a beautiful view of the sea. We wanted to get away from the gray winter in Germany and had beautiful spring weather in San Sostene Marina in March. The scenery and flora are impressive! And in just five minutes you can reach a large, free parking lot on the beach by car. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We stayed in this apartment the penultimate week of August 2024. Already from the description and photos used by the owners to present the apartment, it can be seen that it is a niceapartment, recently built, well furnished and in a quiet and elegant setting. The expectations, therefore, were very high: they were widely exceeded. - the apartment is spacious, well furnished and with all the necessary comforts so as not to notice any differences with your home; - The garden, very well-kept with a beautiful lawn, has a gazebo and a barbecue that make the evenings magical: relaxing and extraordinarily "summer"; - The beach and the sea (amazing) are really a few meters away; - In Caulonia and in neighboring countries there are all the services and the value for money is always very correct. I sincerely hope to spend more summers, with my family, in this beautiful apartment. Finally, thank you to Giuseppe for your punctuality and availability.

The apartment, located on a small promontory in front of the sea, is small but equipped with every comfort, but above all with a magnificent view that fills the eyes. Everything is beautiful, superlative, the hospitality of Mr. Giuseppe.

Great place in Soverato, very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Good location and easy parking in a big parking lot just around the corner. Check in and check out were very easy and the host was very responsive and available and made sure all was well. Would definitely stay here again! Great value, thank you, everything was perfect!

Stayed here as it was in the town my husband’s grandfather was born in, and we wanted to explore the area. The apartment had anything you needed, including a well equipped kitchen, although we chose to enjoy the nearby restaurants (which were great). Francesco and Carlo (brothers) were super nice, and although they spoke little English and we spoke little Italian, we were able to communicate easily. They were even kind enough to let us check in a bit early on arrival day as we were both under the weather. The location seemed a bit daunting at first (it’s off a small country road), but once you drove it, it was super convenient and close to town and the water. And, the recommendation for Joe Pizza (not at all just pizza) was spot on. All in all, a great stay!

Beautiful view and an amazing family. The house is very village like and feels like it’s supposed to be. Love the vibe with many different fruit trees in the backyard, oranges, cactus, grapes, and a bonus olive tree. They even have cats all over the backyard, it was magical. The host is very responsive and friendly. He was one of our best so far!

My family and I had a great time in Gabriella's apartment, an extremely good person, who was very helpful in recommending some references in the area and suggesting what to visit. The apartment is equipped with everything you need even for a long stay. I really appreciated the presence of mosquito nets applied to every opening (window) in the apartment. The proximity of the accommodation to the sea is one of its strengths. In short, I consider it a great experience to repeat in the near future.

Great welcome. The welcome drink was really very nice. Rita Stella and her husband are really charming and welcoming hosts. The accommodation is clean, functional and quiet. The central location allowed us to go to the Ionian Sea and the Tyrrhenian Sea, as well as to Reggio Calabria.

Very nice and clean flat with a big balcone and view on the sea.Maria answered very fast and particulary.Home had full equipment you need including fridge- full of food and drinks what surprised.Quiet and nice town where you can find the true italian daily life and traditions(pizzeria,gelateria on front of flat).There are two markets closed to home where you can find all you need.Beach hudge and almost empty .We been in may but there was just a few people we seen. Place where you can find relax and in case you need to visit some city and make shopping-is easy to make a trip towards Tropea(we took taxi to Lamezia Terme than gone with a train). We had a great stay at Sahs’ place in Pizzo. The appartment is in the upper part of the town. The highlight is its big terrace with amazing views of the sea, including the sunset every evening. It was big enough for a family with two kids. All the furniture seemed pretty new and good quality. Communication was always easy and we had no problem when we asked for an early check in and late check out. They even organised the taxi to pick us up at the Pizzo station. We didn’t have a car but didn’t have any issues in walking to the Center and shops (10-15 mins) or to the beach (20 mins), be prepared for the slopes, but it was a good exercise to walk back every day. The apartment also has access to a shared pool, which kids enjoyed a lot. Finally we had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a welcome gift. We recommend this appartment.

Great area, a few kilometers north of Pizzo Calabro 500 meters from a large beach that can be reached on foot through a fragrant pine forest. Spacious and fully furnished apartment. The residence where it is located, has two pools, one with a water slide, tennis courts and soccer. Great welcome from the owners, kind and helpful. Recommended for everyone.

Matteo is a kind and reliable host. Attentive to the details, he made himself available when needed. New place in great condition. Waterfront and amenities within walking distance. Great experience in all respects. Highly recommended

Had two nice nights! Great ocean view, close to the sea ( a bit tricky to get to the beach if you have small children though) But the pool at the building was great, and Danilo was a great host. Thank you! :)

We liked Gabriele's apartment very much. Clean, spacious, terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment is located in a vacation home area and at the beginning of May there is nothing going on, no neighbors, no restaurants, no beach cafes. Also in the area, a lot is still closed, only in Tropea or Pizzo are there more people. If you want some life, you should drive a little later.

We stayed 2 weeks in Vincent's apartment. The apartment is very nice, the terrace has a spectacular view and the distance from the sea is only about 300m. We are satisfied. Enrico and family
