This apartment could not be more centrally located. 2 blocks from historic Carson street in the heart of the South Side. Restaurants, bars, shopping, bus transportation just outside the front door. Convenient to all Pittsburgh sports venues/theater district. Apartment is fully equipped with all kitchen amenities, a spacious bedroom and bath. New tiled shower installed January ‘23. Work space provided. A/c provided in the summer. Small on site reserved parking space makes this a rare find!

Welcome! We are delighted to share with you our favorite room in an 1895 Georgian Colonial home. This comfortable sunporch suite is ideal for two guests or a family with a young child. Located in a safe, quiet, and wonderful section of Pittsburgh, we are close to the zoo and Children's Hospital, and a short drive from downtown. This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

You will also enjoy views of the Birmingham Bridge and the south side flats. Southside Park is right behind the property. If you enjoy nature walks Southside Park is the largest untouched nature reserve in the city. The almost famous Pittsburgh city stairs system is also accessible from our street. My place is close to art and culture, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. The southside is loaded with bars and restaurants, grocery and clothing stores, galleries, public library and pool. It is very near downtown Pgh and has great bike/running trails along the river. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).

hi , this place is right on Carson street with restaurant, bars, cafes and pubs , it's peaceful thru the day and night. lots of options . may get little noisy on late night weekends howvers it doesn't bother much. the room is neat and just as described ans good security pin locks to pass to the room. Gus provided self explanatory instructions and responds well. thank you.

Great Awesome Airbnb and a beautiful brand new well done flipped house. But there was one other renter who were sneaking around smoking in their room instead of being in a designated smoking area outside on the porch and leaving dishes in the sink for days at a time after cooking. When they finally left everything resume normal. Andrej responded every time they do this mess and smoking and I assumed they got tired of it and moved on.

This is one of 4 rooms in a small town house, and is highly recommended if you are spending a few months visiting CMU, UPitt, or UPMC. I had a fantastic time staying here during a research visit to CMU. It is walking distance to CMU and the house had everything that I could need. Amy and Michael are amazing hosts and really go above and beyond to make sure their guests are not only comfortable but getting the most out of their experience.

The place is great. This apartment has like 5 bedrooms total for rent. And there’s 2 bathrooms to share. We never had to wait for the bathroom. All the guests were quiet and polite. The bathroom and the kitchen were clean all the time. There was plenty of toilet paper, soap , paper towels. The room was nice and the blanket was warm. There was free parking. I would recommend this place.
