Beautiful cottage, amazing views, pet friendly

KiRating, 5 stars1 day ago
We felt completely relaxed and at home as soon as we arrived at the cottage. The descriptions and photos were all spot on. Having the family bathroom and en-suite was great for us as two couples. The property was very well appointed for us to stay in and enjoy relaxing there and also, very close to local restaurants and pubs for when we wanted to go out. The cottage was perfectly located to enjoy walks to the town and along the coastal paths. A lovely relaxing long weekend, we would highly recommend.

Family cottage,private,countryside,very peaceful

JaneRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We have just had a lovely family get together at the property. The property is very comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is fantastic, it is well equipped with everything you need to cook for the family. The garden is perfect, and it is lovely watching the horses in the fields. There are plenty of board games, which were handy as the weather was not as warm has it had been, although the rain stayed away. Some lovely walks and places to visit within a short drive. The host was always contactable if needed. We will definitely be visiting again.

Amazing property set in stunning grounds. We had planned to go out over the weekend but never left! The weather also made it for us meaning we got full use of the private grounds, hot tub and garden furniture whilst we spotted wild hare and deer running around the attached farm fields. The views were stunning. The house was very clean, spacious and well appointed. The garden room was everybody’s favourite! The beds were comfy, the showers and bath were great. The kitchen/ dining space was perfect. The hosts were responsive and also left a welcome basket. We also had fun playing ‘Shout Out’. What a fantastic weekend our party had, it was perfect from start to finish. Thank you! ☺️

We had a wonderful stay. Mo's Place has been beautifully finished and is in a wonderful spot. Deborah was a fantastic host and although the hot tub wasn't working this didn't spoil our stay. The cottage is in a beautiful location and we felt immediately at home. The visit from the gorgeous dogs one morning was an added bonus! Hope to stay again when we are next up in the area. Loved the provisions that greeted us as well.

LauraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We absolutely adored our time at the cottage. We had our toddler and dog in tow and they had a great time too. The place is spacious yet cosy, and a lovely homely feel that’s makes you feel instantly welcome. You really don’t need to the leave the estate if not wanting to, plenty of space to walk around and animals to see. Lovely time watching the lambs and ducks from the jacuzzi bath. Will definitely book again. Derek and Kath are fantastic hosts, very responsive and lovely to chat to. You can tell a lot of love has gone into creating this space. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Beautiful property. Everything you needed in the kitchen , you don’t need to take anything at all. Spotless bathrooms Lovely themed bedrooms. Cute and quaint. Robes and towels for the hot tub were great and I loved the hot tub after walking all day , I just popped my earphones on and chilled listening to an audio book. Heaven!!! So much to do and see locally. Download the map on The Crown pubs’s website for short or long walks from the property , unfortunately as we were there in Feb the pubs had limited opening , so we’ll just have to come back in summer ! Hosts were lovely, friendly and helpful. And the Donkeys ……. Well everyone loves donkeys don’t they? We did .

Larbreck Cottage

SarahRating, 5 stars4 days ago
A beautiful cottage in a peaceful countryside location. 20 minutes to Blackpool, just a little further to Lytham & St Anne's. Cottage was spotless, the beds very comfy as were the pillows. Gemma very friendly, gave advice regarding the local area. She even sent a message the night before we left that there was no rush to be out in the morning. The milk, beers and snacks were very much appreciated on our arrival. I would highly recommend this property!!!!

We were very pleased with our stay here. This is a compact but very efficiently laid out little building just right for a couple. Well screened from other nearby buildings. Clean and comfortable, with all essentials. The location is rural, and although close to transport links we found it very quiet. Martin is a friendly host who communicated all we needed to know before arrival.
