Our experience at this place was consistently positive! The apartment is spacious, well equipped and perfectly located, just a few steps from Copacabana. There are numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping in the immediate vicinity, so there is nothing missing. Particularly noteworthy is the very good air conditioning, which ensured pleasant temperatures, as well as the complete furnishing of the apartment. The host was extremely friendly, communicative and responded quickly to our messages, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Another plus: Even the porters were super helpful and even organized a private parking space for us so we didn't have to park on the street. Overall a recommendation – we would come back anytime

This is the third time we have stayed in space and like the other times everything was excellent. Apê is super well located, comfortable and Fernando is very good people, always willing to help. We will return to São Paulo again, and we will definitely stay at this accommodation.

The apartment is, as always, impeccable and with several utensils that leave you wanting for nothing, I love staying with my family, extremely clean and cozy house. Mr. Geremias and his wife are always helpful. Apartment with great location. I only have compliments.

The stay is on a steep slope where it is difficult to climb by car. But it's super easy to climb on foot, I went up and down with my son on my lap, no problem. Short and quick ascent. Unlikely house, my family loved it! Kitchen with all the utensils, comfortable beds. What bothered me was just the fact that the windows didn't have blackout shades, which allows light into the room (even at night) and also causes a lot of sun in the afternoon, making the air conditioning not enough to cool the whole environment (the rooms don't have air conditioning). We had a little heat in the rooms because of this, but nothing that diminished the good hosting experience.

We only spent one weekend, but it was all very nice, the house is very cozy and was extremely clean. Bed and bath linens, well clean and smelling. We really like it, we'll be back for sure.

It was all wonderful. The place is close to everything (beach, restaurants, bars, bakery, cheese bread shop, market) and is not noisy as it is on a small street near the main street. The condominium garden is very beautiful and well maintained. I felt safe because there was a 24-hour concierge. The hosts were super helpful in everything I needed and indicated a very good contact for transfers and tours. It was super worth it.

We were a group of 8 people, who went for the second consecutive year for New Year's Eve to Josy's place. The apartment was spacious enough for the 8 of us to get in. In turn, the building has 24-hour security. As for the location, not only were we 1 minute away from the beach (posto 5), but it was also ideal for New Year's Eve, as people gather between postos 1 and 6. In addition, it is located in a very safe place, and with many supermarkets just a few meters away. Finally, as for the host, Josy, she is always available for whatever you need. Therefore, I fully recommend the accommodation whether you are a group of young people or a family.

Great apartment. Located on an avenue where there are several shops. And the only point (not negative, just an observation) is that the beach is a little distant, sometimes with coolers, children or the elderly gets a little difficult. But great cost-benefit and fit exactly as in the pictures! We love it!

It was all perfect, the jacuzzi is very nice, the whole place is very nice, quiet neighborhood, the staff of the very attentive building, me and my girlfriend love to spend the weekend, we will be back for sure!

Neusa's apartment is the same as the photos. The view of the beach from the room is addictive... all the rooms have a view of the sea, even taking a bath to see the beach. The location is excellent, close to everything and next to the Carrefour market, which is open 24 hours. Concierge staff are very polite and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and I found the adapted bathroom superbacana. I went with my husband and my one-year-old son and we enjoyed it a lot. I intend to come back more often.
