Ana’s place was a perfect location for us, walking distance to two beaches and close drive to town. It is paradise and I recommend her place.

The house is exactly like in the pictures. The decor is beautiful and makes the environment extremely cozy. The air-conditioning works really well and the bed in the double bedroom is super comfortable. The whole house was super clean and organized. The kitchen has all the necessary items for cooking, including extra things, which surprised us. The ambient sound is a positive and very nice point. The pool was clean when we arrived and during our stay, a pool man cleaned it twice, keeping the water always clean. The lawn is very large and my dog was entertained for hours, he loved it! The house is in a neighborhood far from the center and to go to the beach you have to go by car, but nothing that bothered us. Inclusive is a very quiet neighborhood, with no noise or any problems. There is a market nearby, which we walked to. I loved the experience and plan to stay at Taquahouse again when I return to Ubatuba!

Our stay was excellent! The house was impeccably clean, super comfortable and in an incredible location, very close to the beach and easy to access to commerce. The host was extremely attentive and always responded quickly to our questions. The house exceeded our expectations, being even better than advertised. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!

It was simply magical! This house has the most beautiful view we have ever seen in our lives — to fill the eyes and the heart. Every sunrise, every moment there seemed like a gift from nature. The beach in front is a paradise, calm, beautiful and perfect for relaxing. And the trails in the surroundings are incredible — we walked to Costão and also to Andorinha, moments we will treasure forever. But what made everything even more special was the hostess: a wonderful, generous, caring and luminous person. We felt true affection from the first moment. We left with our hearts full of gratitude and the certainty that we want to return many, many times. Thank you very, very much for everything!

The very good site, for those who like sunshine is a great place, the accommodations are good and many mattresses, if it fits more people, only the picisna that was cleaned only two x that we spent 4 days of the carnival, the garbage we had to go down and take in the night place because of the cacchorros that appears, but the rest very good and for sure I will go back. Celeste is an excellent person before going to take all the doubts and very prastatative away from me!!!!

Second time staying. We were the first time to meet, now we take another guest (who tbm liked a lot). I'll definitely come back more often. I recommend it!

We had a great experience! Gustavo was very attentive and responded quickly, making everything easier. The accommodation was comfortable, well-equipped and exactly as in the listing. Also, the space was extremely clean and well taken care of. We recommend for sure!

The site is even better in person, extremely clean, has all the necessary kitchen utensils! I needed Cida's help to make a surprise because it was a mini honeymoon and she super requests helped me! It responds super fast. It has pharmacy and market next door and tbm is close to the beach! Me and my husband love it too much! Super recommend!!!

Perfect! I'm not a frequent user, but I stay on Airbnb about 3 times a year and it was DEFINITELY the best home we've ever been to. Spacious, cozy and with functional and integrated spaces, providing comfort in all environments! It has all the necessary utensils, designed to make guests feel at home! The leisure area is spectacular! The fact that it is inside a gated condominium with 24-hour security, including patrols throughout the day and night, brought even more peace of mind to make the days lighter! Alexandre has been extremely kind since our first interaction and we will definitely be back!

We loved the stay, we were very welcomed by Edison, by his mother, and by Mari. The house is amazing, the whole place is wonderful and we feel at home.

Our stay was great! We went to 9 adults and 1 child. House with great layout. Saul was extremely cordial and attentive, always asking me if everything was okay and if I needed anything. The hosts Francisco and Solange are also very attentive. The condominium is charming, wonderful lake, everything is calm. I really enjoyed it.

The house is even more beautiful and cozy than in the photos, the condominium is a delight and quite private. Communication with Paulo was very good, and everything was as described and agreed. I recommend the house for those who want to relax and rest!

We really liked the house, it is very functional and very well organized. We found everything we needed to spend the days. Full kitchen, bedrooms with fans (the owner warned that they were broken), however, the air-conditioners were working very well. Bathrooms with great showers, living room with TV and internet working well. Fantastic barbecue. Condominium with a game room and an amazing pool !!! We loved that part... lol We visited Boiçucanga beach, but we really liked Praia da Baleia, which is just after Comburi, not far from where we were staying. I rate our days at Teresa's house very well, who attended to us promptly and was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times. I recommend it and we'll be back for sure!!! Thanks.

I'd like to highlight the attention received by the hosts. Their willingness and speed in responding was excellent. The house is just as seen in the photos, very nice, neat and comfortable. And its location is perfect, one block from a beach that we found spectacular!! We'll be back for sure!!!

The reception with Mrs. Cida was punctual. The house meets the needs of the stay, well equipped and very clean in all aspects, the location is also perfect. One point to be improved: very old air conditioning, so there is a lot of noise which is annoying when resting. Overall an excellent house, we will definitely be back. Gratitude for the attention!
