I had a wonderful stay here , truly felt right at home! The instructions was clear and flexible with check-in, which made things so much easier. The location is perfect, with everything worth seeing just a short walk or ride away. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

Had a great 5 days , place was lovely, everything we needed, small wood at bottom of garden with loads of muntjac deer( friendly) large wood further back which had lovely walks, on bus route into kings Lynn,we walked in then caught the bus back, Asda close by , parking, WiFi, good shower , all nice and clean , if that way again would have no hesitation in using again

Godfrey is very responsive and extremely helpful. We will rent his place again . The house is secure, quiet, surrounding neighbours so friendly . This is not the first time we have stayed and I’m sure we’ll be back again. The cottage is clean, tidy and welcoming with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We were treated to some lovely scones and jam as well as some milk and water in the fridge - a nice touch after a long journey. Teabags and coffee were also provided so there’s no need to rush off to the shop. The cottage is nicely located and puts you in striking distance of the coast and less than 20 minutes drive from Sandringham. Kings Lynn is just a short drive away. We found plenty to keep us occupied in the area when we wanted it and found the cottage to be a relaxing and peaceful place to retire to. Thank you Tracey, 5 stars again!
