The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Rauhallinen vanha asuinalue, jossa paljon pieniä puutaloja. Lapset tervetulleita. Lapsille löytyy syöttötuoli, matkasänky, potta ja leluja. Eläimet ovat tervetulleita. Sijainti EI OLE keskustassa. Lappeenrannan keskustaan on 4 kilometria. Linja-autopysäkki lähellä, sekä hyvä pyörätie keskustaan.

Najdi svůj klid v klasické finské chatě se saunou v bezprostřední blízkosti jezera Kivenkänä v Jižní Karélii. Chata je elektrifikovaná, užitkovou vodu nutno nosit z jezera, pitnou vodu si hosté musí přinést vlastní. Suché WC v oddělené budově. Nedaleko chaty se nachází bar Kyläkuppila Käpälämäki, kde je mimo klasickou nabídku nápojů a jídel možno zakoupit také základní potraviny, nejrůznější spotřební zboží, ale také povolenky pro rybolov. Často se zde pořádají nejrůznější kulturní večery.

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.
