Vacation rentals with a kayak in South Karelia

Our stay was wonderful and very peaceful. The sauna and the lake are to die for and the cabin ist really cozy. The breakfast was also perfect and we were really sad to leave! Pirjo and Kimmo are super friendly and had great recommendations for the area aswell (try the „Vety“ or „Atomi“ on the market in Lappeenranta :))

Lovely, peaceful place and cozy and well-equipped cottage. The paddle board and canoe were a great addition to the cottage. From the photos, I originally got the impression that the cottage would have had 2 bedrooms of the same size, but one of the bedrooms had a children's bed. However, we found the mattress and made the sleeping arrangements a success.

Beautiful quiet retreat on a lush island. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your time is provided. There was even a midsummer traditional treat waiting for us. Satu is kind and responsive. She makes sure her guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Mirkas lake cottage. The cottage was comfy and cute, and the small island was just big enough for us. Everythig was just as described and Mirka provided very helpful advices before and during our days. We enjoyed candlelight-evenings, silence and of course sauna ❤ and saw the most beautiful nightsky with numerous stars, away from city lights.

Kaisa's cabin near Juva is robust, well designed, and cheerful. It's also very close to the water. The lake is a dream to swim in, we were all alone in the water, and while there are some neighbors on both sides, they are sufficiently far away to feel that the space is private. It was easy to find the place, due to good instructions and clear signs on the roads. And Kaisa is an excellent communicator, spelling out very clearly what makes Finnish summer cabins special (no running water, for example), what to expect, and what to bring along. We enjoyed walking around Juva too. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and very peaceful natural setting. Very exotic stay.

Eight of us spent a wonderful week at Anastasia's lake house. We had wonderful weather and were able to fully enjoy the lake, sauna and rowing boat. The house was clean, fully equipped and very cozy. The co-host Nikolai even brought us a new gas container for the BBQ grill. We would love to come back!

An absolutely unforgettable stay at this stunning ultra-modern home, with a breathtaking view of the lake. We had a magical time, where the comforts of home mingled perfectly with the wild beauty of the surrounding nature. The view of the lake, at all hours of the day, left us speechless. Whether it was in the morning, with the mist on the water, or at sunset, it was a spectacle you never get tired of. A huge thank you for this exceptional place where we were able to recharge in peace. We leave with unforgettable memories and the hope of coming back soon!

Beautiful setting, spacious house with everything we could want on a short stay. The mosquito nets on the windows were very useful. Sari was very welcoming and accommodating from the start. When we arrived, she made us feel at home and even baked some fresh blueberry cakes for us. We would highly recommend Sari's holiday home, as it's truly beautiful, comfortable and restful.
