Very clean cottage in a great location! Easy and flexible check-in and setting was great.

Very cozy cottage with no end of space: You can spend time in a spacious cottage, veranda, terrace, home, yard, beach, lake. From the yard sauna, a short walk to the beach, which, due to its depth and dark water, is not suitable for toddlers to swim. Beautifully decorated and put together that you wouldn't want to leave🙂.

I stayed with some friends for 1 night, the cottage is cozy and clean, with a fireplace we loved and a big sauna with shower. Although surrounded by other cottages, it's still quiet and private and with a lovely view on the lake Saimaa. Indications were super clear and whenever we need we asked and got replied quickly. We really enjoyed!

Visa & Noora were very gracious hosts. They responded to messages very quickly and comprehensively. Their instructions were also extensive and varied. The place is really nice and quiet, so we got to ourselves. Very good for a large group with space for everyone and things to do! Strong recommendation for hosts and the listing!

Very calm and tidy, very sleepy after work.

We had a great time in a beautiful place. Everything was as expected and the cottage had plenty of space. The host was very friendly and helpful when he showed us around. We loved the sauna and then dip in the lake afterwards. The view was one of the best I've had at a vacation rental. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place. Much prettier than the pictures. Clean and tidy, functional kitchen with all that is required. Lots of forest cows around, patriot, amazing fisherman, everything was superb !!! Amazing communication with the host, answering any questions and issues in real time. Thank you very much

The photos don't do the place justice, is nicer in nature. There was plenty of space, no flaws in the equipment. The beach sauna is lovely and its own beach added to the reach of lounging, and the possibility of swimming in the summer heat was welcome. It was nice and cool to sleep in the heat, too.

Adorable farmhouse yard in Vehkalahti. Our crew (4 adults, 3 children) had a great time, and the car we visited Kotka during the day, and we stopped by Hamina. Katariina was always quick to respond and solve the problems efficiently. The beds were super comfortable, but the loudness of the water pump caused a bit of a headache for nocturnal toilet visits. Despite the cold and rainy weather, we grilled outdoors, and the sauna was also tried. Very good value, very affordable accommodation even though it is such a large house (of course, the seclusion of the place is certainly taken into account). Thanks for the mini vacation!

A kind, spacious house away from the hustle and bustle on the shore of the lake. 2 saunas (one in the house, one on the shore, but quite untidy). Luxurious view from the windows, nice patio/terrace, large and well-maintained area nearby. A great place to connect with nature, the nearest supermarket is about 10 km away. Of the disadvantages, water from the tap is unacceptable for drinking water from the tap (only with you!), due to the increased iron content, all plumbing looks extremely untidy. More than a meager BBQ area - 2 dirty chairs and a barbecue are very old, tiny and killed by life (there is also gas from the hosts, but without gas), and clearly brought by tourists. There are logs, but there is no axe. There are no less, the hosts are very pleasant and friendly people, and if you take into account all the disadvantages and prepare for them in advance, you will have a wonderful time. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The apartment was located on a forest ship, so the outdoors was easy and effortless. Riikka responded quickly and was very flexible with times.

The accommodation provided a perfect blend of comfort, beauty and tranquility and exceeded our expectations in many ways. Peaceful and scenic location. The hot tub, which was just the right size for three people as promised, was especially pleasant and provided relaxing moments at the end of the day. The house itself was warm and cozy, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary dishes and utensils – although the grater was missing, we got one and left it for the next guests. Overall, the stay was a really enjoyable experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped getaway in a beautiful setting. Marjut was always in touch and helped with questions. Thank you for this wonderful vacation!

Beautiful house in a great location. We were 4 adults and 5 kids under 6 and all fit comfortably. The sauna house by the lake was amazing and the house itself had everything we needed. Worth noting that the hosts were also staying on-site, albeit in a relatively hidden part of the property (and they were lovely people). The bedrooms were also missing proper curtains, so it was tough for the kids to sleep - especially during in midsummer when it was light all the time. Overall amazing stay though and would definitely come back.
