Vacation rentals with a sauna in South Italy

Wow, what a showplace. This top floor penthouse is very glamorous, with spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Our group of 6 (3 couples) each had spacious bedrooms and our own bathrooms. Only one bath was en suite, but the others were convenient to the bedrooms. The place was spotless and well stocked. The upstairs had another sitting room, bedroom and bath, and a huge deck with fabulous hot tub. The views from this level were even better. The place is walking distance to Kotor’s old town, but a bit of an incline coming back. We saw lots of taxis for a convenient ride back. Take extra time to navigate to the place upon arrival. Apple Maps couldn’t quite get us there, so we stopped for help. There is a dedicated parking spot. Daca was there to happily greet us, even though we arrived late. She explained everything perfectly and was very responsive when we reached out another time. I would definitely recommend this lux penthouse!

We had a lovely stay in Bayside Apartment. It’s a beautiful property with the most amazing view of the new port. We will miss getting up and watching the cruise ships come and go. You could never get tired of the view. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was well stocked with everything you need for a holiday, including towels and beach towels. My family loved the pool area, which was also immaculate and exactly as it looks on the photos. Ivica and Diana were great hosts and it was lovely to meet them and their family. The location was great to explore the Old Town (20 mins on a bus) and was in walking distance of some lovely restaurants on the new port, as well as Lapad tourist centre. We found a lovely beach in walking distance of the apartment to swim from called Mandrac Beach, which was great for the kids but was also quiet (mostly locals). We hope to be back one day. Safe and convenient location, food places and mini supermarket nearby. Air conditon is good. Host easy to communicate with. Three of us had a very comfortable stay.

Great host , waited for us on arrival to talk us through everything, room was just what we needed after a busy few days , within walking distance of a quiet beach , the walk to the room was slightly stressful tight roads , crazy drivers 😂 But all in all worth the stay and the memories . Great host helped us with ordering food as well which was a nice touch . Thanks again .

Very cozy home in Assisi. Easy to find and enter. Home was clean and as described in the listing. Host provided detailed instructions that allowed for a smooth check in and provided detailed information regarding the parking limitations (and parking options) in the city. Would definitely recommend this AirBnb!

Such a lovely place. The place was amazing, we stayed in May 2025, everything is like on the photos, or even better. Amazing views on a bay from windows and a deck. A quiet area with 8 minutes walking to the water front, some local restaurants are nearby. In 30 minutes walking distance you can get to the Kotor Old Town, which is very beautiful and have plenty restaurants and other activities. Just be ready to go uphills and downhills or take a taxi. Filip is an amazing host - met us at 10 pm at the apartments, gave us clear instructions, provided us snacks and drinks - which is what you need after a long flight. He also shared his favorites places to visit, activities and a list of restaurants. Also Filip helped us to find a guide to Ostrog monastery. So basically Filip went above and beyond. 10 stars. Very responsive, friendly and very polite. If I visit Montenegro ever again, I know where I will stay =)

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Incredible location!! I didn't realize it until the morning when I walked out of the door and was sooo close to the Pantheon! A wonderful breakfast place was within feet after you leave the airbnb- and amazing restaurants and take -away food was also within the block. Alessia was so kind and responsive and I felt very comfortable the entire time. The air conditioning was lovely and the shower water pressure was wonderful. It was also nice having a stove to reheat my leftovers. I would definitely stay again!

This was my boyfriend and i’s first stop on our roadtrip around Sicily! Chiara’s place was absolutely perfect for us after a long 10+ hour flight! She & her husband welcomed us when we first arrived and even left a sweet bottle of wine for us even though we do not drink we appreciated the gesture! She sent us plenty of recommendations for places around catania to eat and had very clear instructions on how to use the sauna and jacuzzi tub! Parking was a bit crazy lol you do have to find street parking or pay to park if you are driving- just be careful where you park because we did receive a ticket when parking a couple streets down from Chiara’s place- totally our fault. She was very helpful even after we checked out and helped us on how to take care of the ticket. Chiara’s place is perfect for your first visit to catania- her and her husband were lovely, kind people and their place was absolutely wonderful, clean and relaxing! MUST STAY. If we come back we will be staying again!!

The apartment is perfectly located—close enough to town to walk, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the crowds. The outdoor space was a highlight: spacious, private, and perfect for relaxing with a coffee or a glass of wine. Having a grocery store right downstairs was incredibly convenient. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I’d definitely stay here again!

Would definitely stay here a again. It was right in the heart of Palermo near all of the shops, restaurants and main attraction sites which made everything walkable. The spot was super clean and modern and we loved the sauna. Giuseppe was also super responsive and kind. He also let us hold our bags after check out which made it convenient for us. Great experience

Our stay at Villa Emma was outstanding. The villa itself is stunning and perfectly suited for large groups like ours (10 people) or families. We appreciated that each bedroom had its own private bathroom, adding to the comfort and convenience. All the amenities promised in the Airbnb listing were available, and we enjoyed cooking together and having BBQ evenings. The entire Puglia Classics team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. They kindly arranged a late checkout for some of us with later flights and surprised us with a thoughtful gift featuring local products.

We had a great time at this villa. We made good use of the gym and sauna in the morning before heading for a swim. The place was great and the hosts were very welcoming. All instructions were clear, we had a good welcoming even at midnight. Very satisfied with the whole rental and experience. I highly recommend it.

We had an excellent stay in Dario’s lovely apartment. The roof terrace with the jacuzzi and view of Etna is stunning! The rest of the apartment is spacious, well designed and comfortable - the kitchen was remarkably well equipped. Dario was a very responsive and helpful host and Riposto is well located for visiting the East coast of Sicily.

Fabio was a charming and welcoming host. He is clearly passionate about tourism and making his guests welcome and at ease. He and his family were very kind. As a sporty family we used the gym a lot ( which we had to ourselves). We would have loved an outdoor pool but knew there wasn’t one and he is now aiming to install an outdoor pool. The apartment is well air conditioned and has everything needed ( we were a family of 5) and with plenty of space. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds Lovely robes left for us and a sun hat each Really nice touches which show that Fabio cares about making a good impression - which he did. You do need a car as the apartment is quite some way out but if you don’t mind that ( we didn’t) then the quiet was good. View of etna is lovely The balcony was particularly lovely to relax on and eat al fresco Well done Fabio

We had such a lovely time at the villa, my family and I thought that it was a superb place to stay. The layout, design and the pool area was fabulous. It was clean and tidy and exceeded our expectations. Giurdignano itself was a wonderful village and we were made to feel very welcome there. The people at the local restaurant, sports bar, bakery and supermarket (and the tourist office which organised bikes for us) were fabulous. Special mention to Marcel who worked at the supermarket and restaurant, he went above and beyond to make our stay very memorable… and was excellent at wine recommendations. Emanuela and her husband Flávio were on hand immediately when we occurred a power shortage.. all sorted very quickly. Thanks for a great stay.

Me and my friend stay for Pierluigi’s for a week for attending Inside Flow European summit event. Even though we didn’t get to meet him in person, he was very informative and helpful… the explanation of location and everything was clear and easy to follow step by step. He even check on us when we didn’t show up on the arrival time that we have informed him, which made us feel the care. The place is very cute, clean and cozy…Location is easy to walk to catch public transport and supermarkets and restaurants. He had recommended us for few restaurants but we only end up went to 1 place for 3 times 😊 (love the Tortellini in brodo Modena style so much) However, we feel comfortable (feel like home) throughout the stay. And highly recommended Teerarat from Thailand

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.

Apartment much nicer in person than in the photos. Professional and impeccable host, nothing left to chance. Perfectly functioning hot tub and sauna. Clean and tidy spaces. Comfortable bed and pillows. We lacked the necessities to clean the house (broom, various detergents) but I'm sure if we had asked for them they would have provided them without problems. For those who plan to cook, the cookware offered is the essential kind, but in the end it was not such a striking problem as to create discomfort and the kitchen was perfectly functional and quite comfortable for cooking. Great experience, perfect for those who want to pause their routine and relax a little. We really appreciated the welcome snacks and the excellent breakfast offered at the bar. Would I go back? Yes, definitely.
