This place is so neat! My family got together after my mom's celebration of life. Nice open space and everyone had fun playing pool. Comfy furniture and beds. Open design. We look forward to having family stay again when my niece gets married.

The place was nice and clean and provided room for me and my family to sprawl out when we didn't want to do stuff around town.

We were able to stay here after a failed Airbnb attempt in Hutchinson last minute. Willard was very kind and such a great host! My friends and I loved the house and it was in a nice and quiet place. We would definitely stay here again!

Arlin's place is comfortable and cozy and I felt right at home just kicking back watching TV and reading books at the dining room table. Definitely worth it if youre travelling to kansas for work or just to stop by.
