Monthly Rentals in South Hamilton

Stayed here for my 25th reunion at Colgate and booking here was my best decision. Extremely comfortable, perfectly decorated, and a nice quiet area. Also close enough to campus that Colgate vans could pick us up and drop us off. Most important for me was having a full kitchen to prepare my meals. But there was so much to love like the adorable outdoor seating area. The host was also phenomenal, responsive and helpful but gave us our space too. Id definitely choose this place for my next visit. Feel so lucky we found it.

Karen was an excellent host. We stayed at her place over Christmas while we were visiting family. The locations perfectly, just a few short blocks to our family’s home. Karen provided eggs, bacon and homemade bread for our first night and surprised us with Christmas cookies. Clean and comfortable stay.

This is my second stay at Melinda and Kim’s Airbnb. They are the most wonderful hosts, and the place is beautiful and comfy. Melinda goes above and beyond with everything she does.

I stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment during my 20-year Colgate Reunion and had a very peaceful, relaxing stay. I was very comfortable in the apartment and had everything I needed. I loved the view from the bedroom window and enjoyed walking around outside to see the beautiful gardens, pond, orchard, and windmills. I really appreciated little details like bottled water and the welcome message John wrote on the whiteboard. Thank you so much!
