Monthly Rentals in South Fallsburg

Catskills Brick House was exactly what our group of 9 was looking for!! The pictures match the house - description is perfect. The house was comfortable, laid back, had tons to do (the arcade games were a huge hit!), wonderful layout and incredibly close to the casino. The kitchen/dining/living area are a great layout for a larger group to be together. Hot tub is a big plus for sure. Trevonne & Shiffone were wonderful hosts! They communicated quickly and every step of the trip. We had some very minor hot tub issues and they immediately rectified the situation. I would highly recommend renting from this group.

Great place to stay! 3 bed 2 bath, but MUCH bigger than we expected. There are multiple rooms for gathering or just relaxing. Host is helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

We came with a group of 10 and 2 dogs and the house was really fantastic for a group/family. It fit everyone really comfortably. Kitchen was spacious enough to have like 3-4 people cooking/cleaning at a time. Unfortunately it was cold and rainy so we didn't end up using the pool, or spending much time outside (but the decks are really nice). The bathrooms look pretty new and are stocked with soap and shampoo and towels. The location of the house is pretty secluded. There's really only one neighbor, who we didn't meet. The immediate town of South Fallsburg is small but there's hikes and breweries and museums in surrounding towns. Check in was easy and the staff was responsive. Honestly, I wish more airbnbs were like this.

The weekend was exactly what we needed, and the location was perfect. We had a great time participating in various activities, including horseback riding and kayaking. There are plenty of local restaurants offering delicious food, but you can also buy groceries from the supermarket and cook at home, as they provide all the necessary supplies. I would definitely recommend this place!
