Those were days of anxiety for the long-awaited trip. Finally the long-awaited day arrived, where my expectations were very well met, the apartment is impeccable, clean, organized, air-conditioned, the kitchen is complete with a drinking fountain. We stayed on the beach in front of the island, visited the aquarium and went to the emissary in the historic center, rode the cable car and then went to Montserrat. Our trip was unforgettable, my husband and our young children loved it, I intend to return other times. Gratitude 😍

We loved spending a weekend at Sandro's apartment. It was comfortable and very quiet. It had everything he said and close to several places to buy food, plus a 24-hour Oxxo. Close to the beach, quiet for walks.

The apartment itself is very good, very safe, super polite staff, but as it does not charge a cleaning fee, people need to have a good sense of leaving the property clean, because unfortunately when we arrived the property was dirty, but we talked to Marcelo and he managed to alleviate our dissatisfaction, very flexible schedules, and he is a very polite person, we left the property and left it very clean, if all people do this it will be perfect, I highly recommend it.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! The location is simply perfect — facing the beach and kiosks, with a hypermarket nearby. The space is well ventilated, clean and equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable, the shower has good pressure, but undoubtedly the view was what pleased me the most. The host was attentive and responded quickly whenever we needed. Communication was clear and efficient from start to finish. We highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back!

The house is very large, I went with 30 people and it accommodated everyone, the pool is also large, we loved it, it is also close to the beach and some shops, the house was in order and very clean when I arrived, I liked it very much☺️

The location of the house is really good, however, the beach is on the other side of the track, I managed to walk peacefully, but if you are going with an elderly person or person with mobility difficulties, go by car. The hostess was extremely polite, attentive and we did not wait a second waiting to arrive to give us the key. The pool space and barbecue are fantastic, very spacious and the kitchen very well equipped with utensils for a quick stay. Point of Attention: The last room has many mattresses, but the mattresses were wet, musty and with a very strong odor, in one of the rooms it had a dead cockroach already very dry, demonstrating that it was not swept a few days ago. I do not think I should take points from the stay for these reasons above, as I was in fact very well received, but these are points that the owners should note as they are charged a cleaning and service fee. It would not accommodate 13 people with the mattresses under these conditions, impossible to use.

Mr. Fernando is very cordial and attentive. Mr. Joilson and Rafael (caretakers) are very helpful. The beach is very close, easy access and we will definitely be back.

I loved everything from the host who is super nice, polite and attentive and also the apartment that is super comfortable and is in a privileged location close to the beach and many shops. First time I've rented and we'll definitely be back. The condominium staff are super polite and the building is super safe and the accommodations are the same as the photos. Super recommended for anyone looking for a place to rest.
