The house is very comfortable and the neighborhood makes you feel at home. Everything works perfectly and has many air conditioners because of the heat that the house makes! Hosts are very communicative and helpful, respond quickly and are always available to answer questions!

What a wonderful experience I had in the accommodation, big house, very airy , great location I did not need to use a car to go to the market ,square or events. Cleia always attentive , always thinking about our well-being. I will definitely return and it will be the first house I will remember to check availability.

My friends and I stayed at Jessica's farm because we are from another state and went to an event at a nearby farm. The makeup artist went there to make up the girls and loved the place! Really, the place is really cool! People really liked the Standup padle and the kayak Jessica makes available for us to use! If it wasn't for the event, the staff would certainly have stayed at the dam all day. There is a foosball table in the lounge. The mattresses are new. There are 2 or 3 big TVs in the house, but we don't even use it. There is a fan in the living room and another in the suite. To the warmth, I advise you to take it, as the ones you have there are fixed. They had few cutlery. Like most of us eaten at different times, we had no problem with that. But anyone who is going to eat with a lot of people sitting at the table at the same time, TB I advise you to take it! In the listing, if I'm not mistaken, it says it has 3 bathrooms, but it's 4! (2 inside the house , with shower, and 2 in the barbecue area, no shower). Jessica and her husband are very kind and she answered all the questions through Whatsapp! It was a very good experience! If you ever come back to SBC, I'd love to stay there again!

Spectacular house. Beautiful, clean, cozy, safe, in a privileged location with a background to the river. The best part of our trip was coming back to this house when we were going out somewhere. It has everything the guest needs and more. It has card games, trays, dominoes... The garage has a ramp access to the river and has kayak, standup, etc... Wonderful stay. If someone has questions about renting this house, they can rent it without fear. It caters to all tastes. Not to mention, the view of the sunrise that can be seen from the balcony of the house. Oh, and you can fish from the balcony too, or in the kayak that is available in the garage. There is not enough space in this review to describe the wonders this house offers. I'm leaving, making my next reservation now.

In addition to Evy, the homemakers Maria and Paulinho were extremely attentive and always available for whatever we needed. Extremely cordial always! Even with the difficult access to the site, they took all luggage to us from the car to the house. The place is a wonder for those looking for tranquility, peace and quiet. The night with frogs coaching in the distance and fireflies illuminating the forest, were the highlights of tranquility. The rain that falls there is worth more than the shining sun, so comforting that it is the lugal. Casa cozy to the extreme, making the experience very intimate for those staying there. The only misfortune is actually access to the site, if it rains does not go up a regular car and it is extremely dangerous to go up or down on foot, so if you are not young or have some preparation, access is uncomfortable. But nothing that removes the nobility and beauty of the place.

Great house, everything very well organized and clean and done with care. It has all the necessary equipment. The pool is outstanding, and the fun in the lagoon with the boat and vests was great. The view is wonderful, with a verdant landscape around the house, full of trees, beautiful flowers and birds. The only downside is the access to the house, as the street is not paved. During the rain, it was filled with mud and there was no phone signal.

Our stay was perfect. The space is very quiet, peaceful and quiet. We were very well attended by the host, Patrícia, who always responded promptly and also by Marcos, a housekeeper from the space and who takes care of this paradise with a lot of love. All accommodations were quite clean as were the collective spaces. We also noticed the care in the details, toilet paper and soap and hand towel in all the bathrooms, all the kitchenware available, first aid kit, candles if the power went out... anyway, everything is perfect!!! The house has a brief trail to the dam which is such a beautiful sanctuary and also the place is located in the state park of jurupará so there is still a waterfall nearby. The space accommodated 15 adults and a baby with a lot of comfort and privacy. The hard part is leaving this paradise. Thanks to everyone who worked for our stay to be wonderful! Thanks, we hope to come back soon!!!

Maciel and his wife were very kind in communication. The caretaker supported us in everything. Large, clean house, beautiful location with emphasis on the dam. The only point we didn't realize was the more difficult access since it rained a lot, and it's 20 minutes by land.

The space is wonderful, in the middle of nature! We hired the service of the 2 professionals (Adriana and Rosângela) who helped with breakfast, lunch and house cleaning! Impeccable service! The place is easy to get to (40 min from the capital of SP) and very safe! I highly recommend the space ! We'll be back for sure… In addition to a top-quality Beach Tennis court!!

We stayed at the ranch in a group of 15 friends to spend the New Year and the experience was amazing! The house surprised us positively, with complete structure to make the most of it. All the accommodations met our needs very well. The atmosphere is quiet and exactly as described in the listing, fulfilling everything it promises. In addition, the host was extremely helpful, always responding quickly and helping with all the questions. We really enjoyed the stay and want to come back!

It was simply perfect! The place is beautiful, Patricia was very welcoming, took all the doubts and made us aware of everything! The villagers are mega friendly and this made our first trip of 2022 perfect. The house is beautiful, comfortable, well decorated and large, much more beautiful than in the pictures, we were impressed. It has air-conditioning and fan, which helped a lot in the heat. The pool is beautiful, it has a huge specimen for the animals to run and play, it was wonderful. We'll be back for sure!!!! Thank you for everything.
