The days we spent in Silvia's space were wonderful, the condominium in addition to being very beautiful has a great structure as described in the listing. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent, I dare say the best in Praia da Enseada. We'll be back other times.

I will start by the host, who is super kind, answered us promptly in all questions, including when we were asked the night and on the holiday, without words!! The place is great, super quiet, right next to the beach, everything super close, if you don't want to take the car out of the driveway. The building has a swimming pool and an excellent court, it has a mini market that sells hot bread and the reception avisaqdo arrives, and the staff are very polite. The very cozy apt, accommodated very well, my husband, my son and I, a large balcony and a great barbecue, I did not cook but for those who will cook there is a stove. I only get compliments, you can rent without fear, you'll love it!!

Our stay was excellent, we stayed for 4 days. The building is exactly the same as in the pictures, well organized and with great structure. We enjoyed the swimming pool, gym and bikes of the condominium, which were perfect for strolling along the beach bike path. The location is very good, with markets and restaurants nearby. The apartment is compact but comfortable and well ventilated, we hardly need to use the air conditioning. The balcony is a positive point, great for relaxing. There are some works around, which follow the allowed time, but generate a little noise during the day. As a suggestion, it would be interesting to provide basic cleaning items, such as trash bags, detergent, dishcloths. No more, just compliments! The hosts were very attentive and the concierge staff always polite. We would definitely return!

Strengths Great location in front of the beach and next to the supermarket. Great condominium with amazing infrastructure. (pools and leisure area) Flexibility in checking out late. Very comfortable apartment (bed). Improvement points. Bath towels available were too small for adult use. It could have 1 pair of glass wine glasses. (there was only plastic). The TV could already have streaming apps set up on it. Old TV with little accessibility (Netflix, Globoplay etc.) Lack of dish or paper towel to dry the washed dishes. (It has only 1 hand towel).

We are 4 days in the apartment of Mr. Evandro, very attentive, everything corresponds with the advertisement.

Apartamento was consistent with the photos and listing description, super gentle host, clean place, especially the bathroom.

I have no words to describe my stay at Carnival 2025, the summary in just one WONDERFUL WORD 😍🙏 The apartment is beautiful and exactly the same as the photos and even better. Extremely clean, wide, airy and comfortable. What is presented as leisure in the condominium is unparalleled, all perfect and unbelievable, I felt at home. The location of the building is astonishing, everything around us, supermarkets, malls, restaurants, fast food, cinema and the main beach, which is wonderful, clean and safe, at least I felt that way during my stay. Very good Standard Apartment I have nothing to say perfect accommodation and environment

Wonderful stay, I loved the residence. It served us very well, and it certainly serves a larger family. It's a shame we couldn't check out at a different time, because 11:00 a.m. was very early and we ended up having to get by on the beach until we left the city, but unfortunately there were other guests on the way and it wouldn't be possible. We would definitely have liked to have spent more time in this amazing place, I will come back more often! For those looking for tranquility, comfort and safety, it is the ideal place.

Huge house with barbecue and pizza oven, as well as in the description, near the beach, we took 10 to 15 minutes walking. Estadia was wonderful, with super attentive, polite, kind host. We love spending the weekend.

We loved the place, cozy, clean and organized apartment... the condominium is beautiful, super quiet and safe... right in front of the beach... if I had another opportunity I would come back here again. Pedro was very cool.

Aline was super receptive, it was in the mood for whatever we needed. Cozy and family atmosphere. We love the house. I have nothing to say about it or the property. But Guarujá at this time of year left to be desired with the dirt of the city and the problem of lack of water as well. It is a Judiation because I love Guarujá very much, but I believe that in New Year's Day it will never be again. Unfortunately.

The atmosphere is cozy, ideal for resting and enjoying special moments with family or friends. The big highlight is the host Alex, who was simply wonderful: welcoming, kind, attentive and very flexible with everything we needed.
