Great place to stay in North Adelaide.

Frank was super helpful and responsive! Surrounding gardens nice and peaceful and the stay felt very private.

The photos reflect the grandeur of the building and accommodation. Walking distance to a local cafe strip and other grand homes of the period and area. Host were very welcoming.

Great place to stay, both bedrooms had ensuites, great outdoor entertaining area also.

Great location and very stylish flat. It was very handy having an IGA next door! I suppose the only thing missing were some of the little touches you often get with Airbnb’s eg milk in the fridge, small amount of provisions for breakfast. It was very much a serviced apartment which was fine for our needs. I would highly recommend Connies place.

Tidy apartment close to everything on Jetty road. Had some views of ocean from balcony. Great pool.

Only stayed one night and didn’t use kitchen etc, but suited our needs perfectly. It’s hard to find a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, especially one with two king beds, for an affordable price, so we were very pleased with this one. Very clean, had everything we needed. In a quiet area, but just a short walk around the corner to get an evening meal.

The apartment was modern and clean. David was very reactive whenever we had questions. Overall a very good feedback 👍

The apartment was great - excellent location, clean, comfortable. The perfect place for 3 adults, except for the fact that it only had one key card - this makes it so difficult to co-ordinate things and I think it should be standard to have two key cards at least! otherwise, everything was lovely but only one key was quite inconvenient.

The apartment was elegant and pristine, bright and clean and beautifully appointed with cooking essentials, fluffy white towels, generous closet space, washer/ dryer, a balcony with table and chairs for morning coffee..and proximity to the bustling Adelaide Central Market with every fresh produce, wine and cheese; accessible to Victoria Square public transport and iconic Glenelg tram; walking distance to shopping and many restaurants…..and Hilton Hotel where the friendly Concierge desk might book day trips for you… David our host was proactive and responsive, checking in to know if we were comfortable or needed anything, and came promptly to resolve one small problem. We will be recommending the apt to family and friends in Australia and New York and overseas - and would be delighted to return for another stay! Thank you, David and Lin!

the location was great! right across the road from the Adelaide markets. The accommodation was comfortable and perfect for our quick visit to the city. As we were arriving from interstate, David was very accommodating with the check in and check out times. can definitely recommend
